  1. More than anything I have ever seen/read, I think this sums it up. Seriously, goat f*ck it any way you want to but this, to me, is the bottom line.! "Better to have a short life that is full of what you like doing, than a long life spent in a miserable way." - Alan Watts
  2. Of course it is extended but I thought it was pretty dang cool.
  3. They went through the process to become legal U.S. citizens and worked for it. They didn't get it handed to them so some politician could (hope) to get votes. Chuck It depends on how you define "worked for it." When my great grandfather come "working for it" meant not being Chinese, getting here, affirming that you were not a criminal, and a doctor failing to find medical problems. The family story is that once here his contribution was limited to triggers because he didn't want to move the family to play a more significant role in the Manhattan Project, although in his letters Openheimer wasn't keen on his branch of physics. C'mon folks. The immigration issue/factors of the 1800's are not what we are facing today. Trying to draw parallels is simply insincere with respect to the modern problem. 4. Right!! but if they were legitimately working they would be required to. And homeless=not paying property taxes. Great!! Chances are the homeless don't have kids in school. Medical...there are systems out there to provide medical for citizens who can not afford it. apples/oranges "Better to have a short life that is full of what you like doing, than a long life spent in a miserable way." - Alan Watts

It is so easy to not miss money when you don't "see" it. "Better to have a short life that is full of what you like doing, than a long life spent in a miserable way." - Alan Watts
  6. The koolaid must taste great. http://www.newsmax.com/US/immigrants-illegal-texas/2012/04/04/id/434787 "Better to have a short life that is full of what you like doing, than a long life spent in a miserable way." - Alan Watts
  7. No Wendy, no one is going to violently "overthrow" the gov't. The sensationalism you apply is "junior high" at best and a long known political tactic. However, the sad commentary is that you live in a perceived indestructible bubble of ignorance. The United States is not indestructible. Do you REALLY understand the impact of a single person who doesn't pay their taxes?? No, you don't. 12 million plus ILLEGAL immigrants not paying property taxes (which support local schools, driving your property taxes up.) Hey, if you want to start a charity for illegal immigrants to go to school, cool!! But, don't use my money to do it. Not paying into the federal or local tax base (driving up your cost across the board). Sending a good portion of their earnings to Mexico to support their families there (not spurring local economies). Free medical. Nothing is free, nothing. What about the immigrants that have spent years and thousands of dollars to legitimately go through the naturalization process? You don't think they are a little peeved? Nobody is crapping on LEGAL immigrants; the more the merrier in my book. However, everyone should be concerned about ILLEGAL immigrants. I could go on. Listen, if you want to donate your paycheck to illegal immigrants, go right ahead. BUT WHAT GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO DONATE MINE!!!! No wonder you took this "Will the True and Sincere Patriotic Americans wait until it's too late to take back our country or is it time now?" as this "Well, you could always just start blowing away people you think are illegal immigrants. One at a time, y'know." Good job Wendy!! You have mastered the art of context misrepresentation, deception, and mud slinging. When are you running for office? 8. Not that it compares to some of the great stuff posted in here but I just had no idea.... I have been listening to Prince's main stuff for 20+ years (Purple Rain, Raspberry Beret, Doves, etc....) This just blew my mind, never heard anything of the likes from him before. I have a new-found respect for the "artist". This was one of many when searching for Prince's blues stuff. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MZ8U6RO9cp0&feature=related "Better to have a short life that is full of what you like doing, than a long life spent in a miserable way." - Alan Watts
  9. This looks like the production company plug. Those two guys at the end are likely production company ceo's trying to "pitch" their idea to any network to see if they will bite and buy some episodes/season. A lot of hits on Youtube would probably help move the sales pitch along a little to a network. 10. Just make sure you break wind before that guy toward the back yells "door"! ...back to regular scheduled programming... "Better to have a short life that is full of what you like doing, than a long life spent in a miserable way." - Alan Watts
  11. tsk tsk tsk. A gun is but a tool. If a guy with a baseball bat, or a knife had come upon this sooner he (or she) could have stopped this sooner. Free baseball bats and knives for the homeless too. And the family of the face-muncher would have sued the citizen for wrongful death, and won. After we get rid of all guns, knives, and bats....we need to register all rocks that are big enough to throw and damage another person. (due for a shower...dripping in sarcasm ) "Better to have a short life that is full of what you like doing, than a long life spent in a miserable way." - Alan Watts
  12. The world is filled with great vocalist. I sense it is more of an issue of connecting with the current generation for which you are exposed. Would the Janis of yesteryear be the Janis of today. No, I don't think so. But, is there a "Janis" of 2012? Yeah, probably out there somewhere. It is simply a comparison that can't be made. 13. Take a good look at the Glock 27 with the plus-1 finger extension. Lots of horse power with great concealability. When you burn through the ten-round mag you can use Glock 22 mags in it. 14. AWESOME!! I would do it! "Better to have a short life that is full of what you like doing, than a long life spent in a miserable way." - Alan Watts

    A hero dies

"I wonder if his death will get as much attention as Whitney Houston's." Brother, you should know by now that the life of a hero, in this day and age, never gets the recognition he/she deserves.
