My first reply that got deleted was along the lines of 'Awesome video, but (insert political view of Dubai here)'. Guess that's why I don't post here much anymore. A lot different than when I joined 7 years ago and then quit jumping. Mostly just check Incidents to make sure none of my friends have died (but seriously guys...2 pilot bailouts within a year?!).

To all my fellow Americans, when you get a crazy hospital bill, call and ask for an itemized receipt. Most of the time they'll take this kind of shit off the bill. Recently spent some time in the ER for a broken bone. Bill went from $756 to $15 in a matter of minutes.

To make a long story short, I broke my collar bone 2 weeks ago. I sleep on my right side, which is the side I broke. Because I've been tossing and turning, I decided to post up in the guest room at night so I don't disturb my boyfriend. However, we're kind of discovering it's working for the better for both of us. He's a heavy sleeper, and I'm a light sleeper. A little bit of research seems like it's not harmful for relationships. We have totally different sleep schedules and sleep habits. Sleep is important, so we both kinda feel healthier getting a good nights rest. We've been together over 5 years, own a house together, and are getting married soon. Just curious if anyone of y'all have similar experience sleeping in different beds, whether good or bad.

What if the crook comes through the window? They'd be pretty stupid to climb in the front one, as 4 security lights would be blasting them. Back window is on my side :D

Lots of articles from lots of sources saying lots of different things, so leaving it up to you to google it and choose your favorite source. Shooting occurred at a gay night club, Pulse, in Orlando Florida. Death toll currently at 50, a lot more injured and more expected to be declared dead. Authorities are saying the shooter was ********, a US citizen with family in Afghanistan and possible ties to radical Islam. Thoughts go out to my friends in Florida. Not what I wanted to see on the news when I woke up. Makes me sick. Edit, pulled out the shooter's name. Doesn't deserve the attention, and multiple outlets are spelling it differently anyway.

Was the ban on petroleum exports ever lifted, or is it still in force? Great question. I have such a strange stance on oil and gas. Well, not really, it makes sense. My degree is in environmental science, but I've worked as an accountant for an oil and gas company in Denver the last 3 years. I love paying super low prices at the pump, but man I wish we were still at ~$90 a bbls. Now it seems crazy to ask for anything over $40.
