Thanks you all for your comments. Really appreciate it. ~Blue Skies~

155 lbs with nothing on. Adding the gear would be like another 25-30 lbs so exit weight of about 180-185lbs.

Hi, I have 48 jumps weight about 155 lbs and jump a Triathlon 190. Have heard from a couple of people that I am underloading my canopy. What is going on??? Am I doing something wrong? Is it not safe to jump a 190 because it is underloaded? ~Blue Skies~

can you bake the all-sport helmet from bonehead?
e.a.hernandez replied to e.a.hernandez's topic in Gear and Rigging
Hi all, Are the bonehead baking instructions applicable for all of their helmets? I have an all-sports helmet I am planning to bake but not sure if baking recommended for this helmet too? Blue Skies -
Yeah. I am planning to go to the skydive expo on March 11-14. Really looking forward to that.

Hi all, I am a beginner and am looking for my first main. I saw a Spectre 170 in which seller specified the canopy had CRW lines. What are these? And how does it affect the canopy flight? Of course, I will consult with my instructors before making any desicion...etc.. but just wanted to read what others have to say... Thanks in advance

Is there a way to undelete my post without posting a second time?

I have asked like 25 people to part out their rig so I can buy only the cypress. They all refuse. Is there a reason for this market trend? does seperating the cypress makes rig harder to sell? Is it because they don't want to pay rigger to put reserve back? I am curious. Any advice on how to get a used cypress with 2-4 years left. It seems impossible.

I agree with you. Should not ask this type of questions here.

Thanks for the reply. I have gotten advice from my instructors before and bought the container so it would fit the appropiate main/reserve (170/190 ZP main). The reason for asking about the tempo 210 was mainly due to budget and not because I was looking for a bigger canopy. Not sure why you think I bought gear the wrong based on my question about a tempo 210 and other forum questions. Is it wrong to ask this type of question on the forums?

Hi all, How would a Tempo 210 fit on a Javelin J4K? Would it limit the main canopy the container would hold? Thanks in advance

http://www.square1.com/Manufacturers/Square1/p869.asp Yeah. I meant Cubic inches.

Thanks for the hint. PD 176 has 390 pack volume and R-max 188 has 395. So R-max 188 looks to be the appropiate fix.
-
Hi all, How can I find the reserve sizes that will fit my Javelin J4K container? I know it fits PD176, Smart190. What about an R-max?
-
Right on!!! I just bought a container from Likestojump. The whole transaction went smooth. Everything arrived as described and on time. His customer service is stellar.

I jump at Skydive Space Center.
