  1. You not going to get your dream lady with those questions you have been asking. If were you, I would just let the water in the river flow freely. You will get a much better result. Once a dream lady comes in your life, you will know what to do. Until then, enjoy the ride.
  2. I never rode motorcycle before I took the safety course and bought 750cc Honda Shadow as my first bike. I never had a problem riding with it. Just to let you know.
  3. thanks! It got me thinking. Cheaper to operate comparing to Virgin Galactic's VSS enterprise. Would you do it if someone make this a commerical business?

  5. I tested out Bowflex when they first came out years ago. I took it back within 4 days. I found them to be utterly useless. Two thumbs down.
  6. The IV-P model has a pressurized cabin. *** I don't want to jump into a conclusion. A problem began at 13,000 feet. Even though I have never been in a major emergency, but 13,000 feet sounds like a plenty of attitude to get to a nearby airport Maybe it is wrong to assume but with that type of plane, a pilot should have at least enough instruments to guide the plane to nearest airport.
  7. Which setting? Slow, medium, fast?
  8. My girlfriend named our mixed chocolate lab/pit dog, Tree.
  9. +2 This is probably the most boring sport in the winter Olympics, and yet, I find them very fascinating!
  10. +2 Unfortunately, I saw it on live by sheer luck. My prayers are with his family.
  11. Sorry for your loss. Blue sky. for the pilots out there, please use See and Avoid method when flying since it is truly the last line of defense. Trust me on this since it save my neck few times. Most importantly, KNOW the regulations! Be mindful of safety.
  12. Snowing in Pittsburgh right now! Good thing, I went shopping yesterday, including firewood.
  13. Spent most of my life in St. Louis. Depending on your travelling style, there are a lot of things that you can do in St. Louis: The Arch Union Station Forest Park (Probably too cold at this moment) Science Center (a bit boring for my taste) Botanical Garden (Not my style) Magic House Tour at Busch Brewery Casinos Bunch of Art Museums If you want something specific, Just let me know.
  14. That's right! M first and current bike is 1985 Honda Shadow. Great bike based on my limited experience. (Been riding for a year)
  15. I am not a cop, but option B seems the safest way to go. However, I did not chose similar option on my last speeding ticket (7 years ago, I think). I gambled by going to the court. I got out of it because the cop, who gave me the ticket, did not appear in the court. I gambled because I sized up the cop who gave me the ticket. He looks like the type who doesn't want to pull time off in order to go to the court. I gambled and I won.
  16. What you just asked is too broad. Based on your criteria, the selection is still wide open. How much are you willing to pay for a plane? Not only that, you will also need to know how much operating cost are you willing to pay? I could go on with a bunch of questions, but I am not going to bore you. I am sure that you get the idea. Pitt's Specials are a hoot to fly, but it will require a lot of attention. And it is not cheap to operate for sure! I am currently building a Mustang II in my basement.
  17. I agree. You can be shy and confident. I also don't believe shyness can always be linked to lack of confidence. But, I believe that shyness does have some limiting aspects and in some case, a personality defect. It won't get you too far in socially dependent job descriptions; No politics for the shy!! It can add to some character defects. You just may miss opportunities in social norms by electing to not being so engaged; that is, you may be looked as aloof. it's hard to judge a timid person vs a shy person; you may not be picked to handle the hard jobs and advancement may be slower for you. I will have to agree with this one. I have a strong reputation among family and friends for being incredibly shy. Even though I achieved a lot goals that I set out to do, I can easily say that it would be a lot faster if i didn't have the shyness. So, being shy does not necessary mean that you are lack in confident. You can be confident and shy which translates to a very humble person.
  18. I watched the "MANswer" tv show the other day. They said it is proven that butt is the reason to attract men over tits.
  19. When I was in a catholic high school, I lived in a dorm. Bunch of us are required to go to church every Sunday. One day, we were at a church. A priest called for a prayer. As usual, we bowed our head in prayer. As we pray, one of my friends let out a very loud fart! It was impossible to conceal laughing. The priest doesn't look too happy.
  20. It doesn't matter if this book is very poorly researched and documented. If you look at underlying story behind this, this could be true. Back then, they don't have the technology like we do today. They do everything by hand. In general sense, they are stronger than we do. We, today's world, are lazy as heck by using the technology to get us around: Elevator, Cars, Microwave, and so on......just like the Office Max's TV commerical (Easy Button). We press buttons and we are done. That's how lazy we are.
