Thinking of getting back into the sport

AWESOME! I'm considering getting back into it…I need either a new hobby or pick up an old one. Last two jumps were in 2011, and before that, some time in 2009. I just need a new job (hopefully in a month) that will support me monetarily in getting back into the sport and maintaining currency. Glad to see you're in again, and I wish you the best! -
My last jump was ~#83 around January 2010. I got USPA membership expedited on Thursday night and went there Saturday and Sunday with a few first time jumpers interested in AFF. I got back up to speed and all of us are planning on returning next weekend. The staff there are extremely friendly, and the vibe is just amazing. My only downside is that I wish they had something bigger than a C-182 since I'm used to a Caravan zipping up a bunch up to altitude fast, but that's only a 4/5 for the aircraft. Being from Hawaii, I'm going to miss this dropzone when I have to leave, but I'll be back there again, even if just for the dropzone.

I like where your head is at! Unfortunately this guy is too much of a douche bag to have a girlfriend. Apart from the porn on his laptop he's all alone. Of course I could always come out of the bathroom holding his laptop and claim the battery ran out on mine while I was rubbing one out so I finished myself off with his, that would work. if you have access to it, delete his porn. if it's hidden, wipe his hard drive

yeah, i am on oahu. i got my pilot ticket and my friend owns an aircraft so i'm set. my "roadtrips" are done in the air :D

I think Im going to move to Australia in the winter from now on... It was in the 30s/40s in SOUTHERN ALABAMA this weekend OR you can just move to hawaii where it's 80 degrees year round...and we bust out the jackets when it hits 70.. Eh. I wasnt a huge fan of being limited to an island (or group of islands)... I like to be able to hop in my car and drive a thousand miles if I want. i can drive a thousand miles!! i just gotta drive ten laps around my island...

gmornin, everyone. i'm about to crash out at 4am here in Hawaii.

the 3GS smallest is 16GB. i got that after i left my 8GB 3G on top of my car and drove to work 8GB was plenty for me, and i don't know what i'm gonna do with 16GB...but like previous posters said, you can't have too much. and DO GET the mobileme thingie. it's $99 i think (i got a $30 rebate for buying it with the phone) but i heard of someone who lost the phone, GPS'd it, finder didn't wanna return it, and got the police to take it away from the finder and return it. probably would still have my 8GB 3G if i had that before.

studying the physics of a ping pong ball flying through the air, attempting to get it into a 3 inch target 4 feet away. good way to study for my last final tomorrow. throwing up never felt so good
