INDEPENDENCE DAY BLOW OUT AT SKYDIVE SPACELAND What can you expect? Quality Skydives. Spaceland Anomaly organizing freefly and hybrid skydives. RW jumpers don’t worry there will be an organizer on hand as always. If you just graduated our program or are a new skydiver that wants to go on some fun dives I will be available all day Sunday to put together some smaller skydives in both RW and Freefly. Just stop me and let me know you’re interested in making a jump with me and we will make it happen. Once the beer light turns on head up to the Blue Skies Café for some great beer specials and good food. They will be hosting dinner on Friday night. With the low registration fee of $10.00 you can participate in all the contests and are eligible for door prizes. Event Schedule Saturday 11am – Briefing on Scrambles, Speed Dives and tracking - You should be registered in manifest prior to the briefing - We will discuss rules and deadlines, and assign teams for Scrambles 4pm – Tracking Contest 8pm – Door prizes awarded (MUST be present to win) Speed and Tracking awards given Sunday 1pm – Scrambles VIDEO DUE 3pm – Awards Ceremony for Scrambles competition Scrambles You don’t have to be part of a pre-existing team!!! All competitors names will be placed in a hat. The event organizer will draw names for team leaders. The team leaders will draw two names to complete the team. A compulsory round will be given to complete. ProTrack Speed How fast can you go? Test your speed to win some cool prizes!! So, you want to see some of the best canopy pilots in the world? Check out the Red Bull Wings event March 13-16th here at Skydive Spaceland. Most of the pilots will be here a couple days in advance so we will be flying all that week. Also, I just got off the phone with the PD factory team and they will be hosting a Canopy Pilot Open Forum on Wednesday March 12 after jumping.
