  3. I agree, their customer service is absolutely incredible. Not only will they email you, they'll call you to discuss any questions you might have. I just placed an order last night for an RW suit and I can't wait to get it! For the features that come on this suit, no US company can compete (Bev comes close, but Deepseed is way more stylish). Definitely suggest checking them out.
  4. Here's the link covering that event... http://skydivestlouis.com/news/skydiving_center_weekly_update_july_28th_2008.html
  5. Really??? That's fantastic! Well deserved! You can't bring him back, but it's nice to see that he is remembered and honored for his courage/selflessness. Thank you for sharing...
  6. I stumbled across this article earlier this morning. It's a couple years old, but it is worth sharing. Time and time again I hear of incidents where an instructor has placed the safety of a student before his/her own and this is a prime example of that heroic sacrifice. Some may say we're crazy, but skydivers truly are a great group of people! http://www.smh.com.au/news/national/skydivers-bravery-saves-aussies-life/2006/08/02/1154198169252.html
  7. I just bought a used 235 (with 350 jumps on it) and jumped it 4 times this weekend. Compared to some other canopies I've used, this canopy opens nice and slow (soft) even without rolling the nose. It flies well and is easy to control. The only complaint is the flare...I adjusted flare height on all 4 jumps and I still wound up having harder landings than I did with my 9-cell 220. If you're looking for a soft and reliable opening with predictable maneuvering, this canopy is for you.
  8. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the King Air goes up and down very quickly so you're always getting at least 13,000 ft (and more), they are SUPER safety conscious, have lots of room for many people to pack their chutes, great prices, fun evening/night atmosphere after all the jumping has finished. If you're ever in AL and want to jump, THIS is the place to do it.
