  1. I run into the truckstop and get a cup of java. If I'm hungry, I might get a Bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Used to alternate that with oatmeal. Prolly start doi'n it again.
  2. Ahh, StaticLine. Great method of choice. Have fun. I sure did.
  3. I'd like to see his EKG (searching for a Q wave)
  4. Congratulations. You've certainly made the journey worth alot. Sounds like your'e one helluva Skydiver.
  5. Back in the day, I've done a number of Hop n Pops out of the Blackhawk when it was quite cold. Wore summer gloves once and of course my hands were freezing after I hit the ground. Lena actually helped warm my hands with hers out of compassion for the stupid ass who wore them.
  6. Interesting experiment.... So there is a line that Daring skydiving ladies will not cross...
  7. Nice looki'n cat Max. Sorry for the loss.
  8. Noice! Is that the Nitro green on a deepseed suit? Like it. Just curious...
  9. This may be a little off subject, but I just wanted to offer some words of encouragement: "This too shall pass." What is encouraging to me is that all of you who have these ratings really do care about the safety and the survival of our sport. Hopefully this unfortunate incident will be the only one of it's kind. A safe and prosperous New Year to you all! Harry
  10. Buy some boneless chicken, marinate it in Ranch Dressing. Grill each piece for about 5 minutes. Delicious. My typical lunch while in school at Shepperd AFB
  11. The Bengals probably, well ok, most certainly will not make it to the Super Bowl, I'm so proud of them making the playoffs. "Playoffs?" "Playoffs?"
  12. Frank Wycheck has made that decision.
  13. In a closet. Mike Leach, now ex-head football coach of Texas Tech for putting a player who was recovering from a mild concussion into an equipment room cage for 3 hours. The player happened to be the son of an ex-pro football player and current analyst on ESPN. Oops!!
  14. Conundrum, it's no enigma that you don't know what your'e talking about.
  15. It's just another night. I've worked plenty of them, so it just doesn't matter anymore.
  16. Haha! Your'e alright with me Captain! I had an original non collapsible pilot chute attached to my Falcon for the first 30 jumps or so. I remember the (almost) stop than start, stop than start action especially while preparing to land. Ahhh... How nice a collapsible pilot chute is... I used to think: "Oh boy, another step in the process" (cocking the pilot chute). But I haven't forgotten once to cock it and you will not forget either. Enjoy it my friend. Harry
  17. I only served 3 years Active Duty, Army as an 11B in the 101st. Loved to go to the field. Didn't like Garrison life as the Army was way too controlling. I followed it up with the rest of my service in the Tn Army National Guard and Tn Air National Guard. At least I'll have something to show for it when I hit 60 years of age!
  18. I got a nice watch. Got to be home w/ my family after being gone for a month. My wife's sister sent me a Superman T-shirt w/ superman fleece pants. (Inside thing) When I first married Rachel, we went to Chicago to visit her family. Her sister Gina was just a little tyke. We all went to the movies together and Gina sat beside me. Rae said: "Hey, that's my husband." Gina replied: "But he's my Superman!" We've teased her about that through the years.
  19. I stand corrected. Yes indeed I-99. Small Dz but affordable.
  20. Just passed Lodi's dropzone going down I-5 a few hrs ago. Question: Do any of you guys ever land in the Vineyard?
  21. I always tip. While I was jumping at Ft. Campbell, Ky, I met another jumper who grew up in the same town as I and went to the same barber.
