Hey all, I'm looking for the lightest Mirrorless around (for my first camera rig). According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_Canon_EOS_digital_cameras, the original 2012 EOS M model is the lightest of all Canons, with which I can then use my existing EF lenses. However, it seems like it only uses a wifi remote. My questions: 1. Can any EOS-M camera use a wired remote? for a blow switch. 2. Can any EOS-M camera use a programmed wireless remote? as in to program it to take a single photo every second or a burst in timed intervals. 3. Can any other mirrorless on the market have a wired remote while weighing under 300g? Thanks

127 jumps. Just sold a Sabre2 210 (WL 1.0) after 80 jumps with it. PDR 193. a 190 canopy will be WL 1.1 for me. And yes, I know how to use google... Sizing chart does not list Pulse 190 as a fitting model for the rig. PD told me to contact UPT. and UPT said this: "We have found that a Pulse 190 fits too lose in a V353 to include it in the "loose fitting" column. As always, we only recommend the standard fit and it is ultimately the decision of the jumper." So... any experience with it? With a now non-existing-company-supported Electra 190, an early 2000's model old Sabre1 190, and the loose (but pretty new) used Pulse 190 I really don't know already what's my best bet! Thank y'all

Hello all, I have a the whole of next week free in Austria and i'm thinking about bringing my rig with me. Problem i'll just be there from Sunday evening to Friday. is there anywhere in Austria or South Germany that I can jump on weekdays? Thank you!

yeah another dropzone told me riggers are afraid of it. how is it possible, if I asked for the rigger to get both the rig and the moeny + fee and only after checking it send them both to the other party. I can't see any other way it could work anyway.

Ok this is strange. I've been mailing and recently calling the few DZ's there. They never come back with an answer, but gave me some phone numbers so i called the riggers. I'm probably doing something wrong as i can't find anyone to help, and one actually just said "you're not a skydiver in this DZ, so i'm not interested and good luck to you" before hanging up, after i told him i'm calling from overseas and wanted to know if he can serve as 3rd party for a fee to check the rig and handle the money, and that I'm visiting for business only for a few days. Obviously, it's his choice to say no, but i felt like he got the feeling i'm insulting him or doing something illegal by calling from overseas and asking to find a rigger Escrow. I actually planned on jumping in that DZ, with the rig in question (after examination) or without. I'll be arriving to the states tomorrow for about 6 days. I'm thinking now to have it shipped by the buyer to my hotel and take my chances with Paypal's insurance as i have no more ideas at this point

Hello All. greetings from Israel. I'll spend this month in Columbia, Missouri for business. Decided to take the opportunity to find a used rig and send it to a Rigger Escrow somewhere close to there. Also, with or without connection to that, i'd like to do some jumps while i'm there! i'd be happy to find a place which is not so far, not so tandem oriented, and maybe even with nice jumpers that want to jump with me (54 jumps)...! Any leads? תודה
