I know of a Serrifs Deputy whose job it is to escort jailed offenders into the court room and then back to jail after thier hearings. While waiting thier turns the offenders are placed in the jury box. The dupty stands near to (Keep order)! This particular deputy passed wind in the court room. moments later the judge yelled for order because the offenders were making noise and disrupting the court room. About thirty secounds passed and the judge himself called for a recess in order to "Air out" the court room. NOW THAT WAS IMPRESSIVE. Everyone in the court room thought it was someone in the juryu box!!!! Good thing the judge never found out it was the deputy!!!

All I can ad is that I am in the construction industry. There are about fifty people who work in the plant. about thirty of them are from some other country. Peru. venezala. mexico. lebanon. and one guy from greece. all are here legaly. When they find someone who has applied or somehow lied his way in to get a job that is here illegally it is these guys who rat him out. When a "White Boy" like me comes into the plant they often take bets on how long he will last. I personally have great respect for someone who comes here legally trying to build "SOMETHING BETTER" for themselves and thier famillies. If your here illegally then Ill personally kick you in the butt all the way to the border!

A few weeks ago we hired a new assistant carpenter. We have a lot of special products in line to be made and the carpenter shop was swamped. This guy went through our two day saftey training and spent the next two days learning what it was he was suppossed to do. Then I told him to go clean up some of the concrete that got spilled while pouring. I went to go check on some inventory and unload a truck. When I got back into the factory he was gone and the concrete was still on the ground. I found him in the breakroom watching t.v. I asked him what he was doing and he said waiting until it was time to punch out. I asked him about the concrete on the floor and he said...."THATS NOT MY JOB!" I then asked about the other tasked we still had to do and he informed me ...."All my work is done!" I said your right it is done. I then went to my boss told him what happened. Then I went to personell got a check cut and went back to the break room. I handed him the check and said, "your right all your work is done. Thanks for the good job, Your not needed anymore, Goodbye. We then hired another guy. After his saftey training he came out into the plant and I started to instruct him on his responsibilities and he said...."What I have to get dirty?" He turned and walked out the door. Amazing...Sooo We hired another guy. after a few days of working he said I dont think I can do this day in day out I want to do somthing different. I said.."Like what? He said "I want to do what you do." Keep in mind he cant read blue prints. cant weld< and cant finish concrete or any of the other things I do. I told him this and said it takes years of working on these things to learn how to do them right. His response..."Well I dont want to have to work for years before I get to be a leadman.. and left. sheesh I guess Ill just go back to doing it all myself.; much less stress. Do we really have a lot of people out of work or just a lot of people unwilling to work and just wanting a paycheck? Incidentally my primary employer makes precast concrete products. My other job is my own company that I do evenings and weekends.
