Nah, all about the "Dear Playboy"

Drop zones aren't exactly good places to find a decent guy. I'd rank them right about the same as a bar or night club.

Good for hook-ups and one night stands, yes. Long term relationships, no. There have been success stories to be sure, like Normiss/Skymama. Don't you still have your sport bike? Get on the road for a ride. ;)

ahem, Fireflytx and I are still married too. ;)

16" barrel length for rifles, 18" for shotguns. There's a minimum overall length as well, I believe it's 26".

Yep! and my bullpup comes in at 26.5B|

  7. I haven't fished there in several years but FWIW, The line of buoys marks the center of the river channel (Rio Grande) so that technically marks the border. When we fished tournaments down there three or four times a year, we regularly fished on the mexican side and the US side at will. It was fine as long as you didn't get out of your boat. We often saw mexican fishermen on the US side as well. Mexico fishing permits were sold at most of the motels in town and at the tackle stores as well. I still have several friends who are tournament fishermen and they absolutely refuse to fish on the mexican side anymore, simply not worth the risk.

    You and me both!

My little man turned 7 months old today, as of yesterday he was 22lbs 3oz and 30.5in. He takes after his momma. :D:D

Sorry couldn't let that go!:D:o:D:ph34r: Hell, at this rate he will be as tall as mamma in 7 more months!:D

For books, other than what you have read already, I would go with J's suggestion of Ted Bell. I read some of his stuff a couple years ago and really liked it. I need to get my hands on a couple more also.:)

Nah-but I guess not many of us remember the story

You'd figure that Vicks would be the best of both worlds.:D

  10. One of my favorites. Demo into the Texas Ski Ranch which is a cable lake wakeboard park. We jumped in on a Satuday and Sunday morning/early afternoon. The landing area is an island surrounded by five towers and cables all the way around at about 30 feet up. They told us on the pre jump briefing that if we hit it, it would be a min. of $5k to fix.:D Our pilot gave them one hell of a flyby over their boat lake in the kingair before each jump too. He had people in the boat duckingB|:D:D

Then I'd suggest you contact Joe.
In the email, include channel, air date, and best recall of time ads ran. Very, very easy to track, and if it's post broadcast, very easy to prosecute or negotiate.
If it's truly unlicensed, I'm sure he'll be grateful.

    10-4, Thanks Douglas:)

  12. the mineral oil will give the cat the shits!:o Try peanut butter, the oil in it should work the same way and won't hurt the cat as far as i know. I am not a vet however.

Yeah, they used the flying cars and the boogie board scenes. Is that site a place to download or purchase?

DSE, they are known around here for extremely cheap and cheesy commercials. Hiring "models" that they probably picked up at the local strip club the night before, etc. I doubt they paid for the footage.

I'm pretty low-maintenance and I haven't stayed anywhere I'd consider truly awful. The worst I can remember recently was the America's Best Value Inn in Sun City (near Perris). The room itself was okay - bathroom and room were clean and everything worked well; what concerned me about it was the security - I was on the first floor so I had a sliding glass door to a patio plus the front door of the hotel room - and both of them had horrible locks on them. I ended up creating a fire hazard by shoving the table and chairs in front of the patio door and my heavy duffel bag in front of the front door. I figured at least if someone tried to break in they'd make a lot of noise trying to get past that stuff. :D:D

We stayed there for Nationals in 2004, it wasn't that bad as far as cleanliness goes but i agree with you about the security. If i remember right, the chain lock thingy on the door was broken too in our room.:D

  16. My (now) wife and I stayed at this shithole of a motel on the corner of 6 and 21 in Bryan TX one night after a boogie at Skydive Aggieland. We walked in and it smelled, she pulled back the comforter and there was a large red stain on the underside of itB| She pulled ALL the bedding off and drug it up to the front office and returned with all new clean sheets and a blanket.:D

  17. They are absolutely incredible to see live. They are usually at our local burn event, Burning Flipside. This year we watched one of their performances at about 2am outside. So cool to see. During one part of the show they put audience members inside a metal cage between the two coils and the music plays with the arc's bouncing off the cage. The Emperial March is a cool one to see them do also.B|

I am new to the sport of skydiving, actually dive number 4! If my instructor's new equipment comes in tomorrow, I have ground school and my first solo Sunday!

I do have a question though, I am looking for new ways to cross market the company Tige Boats. Which is a wakeboard/surf/ski boat. Which range from 20' to 24' and about $60,000 to $100,000. How effective do you guys think targeting the ski diving community would be?

Most working (professional)skydivers can't afford a Tige (or a place to live for that matter:D) But lots of skydivers i know sure love to wakeboard/ski. We used to have a group of us that got together every tuesday to wakeboard/ wakeskate on our local cable lake. (none of us could afford a boat) We even did a demo into the place during a competition/grand opening. I can tell you that marketing skydiving didn't go over well with the wakeboarding crowd:|
