hmm...that's funny...i've never had a problem with Adobe. What sorts of hardware software problems exist? When i change computers, it'll be good info. -

Let's just say that i only had the dvd...if it isn't "protected", could you somehow hook up a DVD player to a VCR and record like that? Charles Darwin would love me...I am a technological evolution in progress

I'm producing a +/- 35min long skydiving movie and find it easier to put on DVDs....Problem is, lots of people want VHS....anyone have any advice/experience with this?? Scratching my head here, A.T.

As i am fairly new to this stuff, i only have 2 peices of advice: 1. DO NOT buy a Cannon. The price and size is really attractive, but there aren't as many features, and virtually no accessories on the market, unless you want to get custom stuff.(in a word, $$$$) 2. When it comes to software for editing, I definately recommend Adobe Premiere 6.0 or 6.5. The learning curve isn't too bad, and it offers more options for editing than anything else out there. -

Much Smaller, But SEMO skydivers has the "Hot Damn Boogie" every year in the summer. You can jump from the oldest flying Porter in the world, and at the end of the boogie, everyone that wants to does water jumps into Kentucky Lake followed by a great party. Good times if you are in the midwest and want something different from the usual boogie fare.
