I travel a lot for work and try to find places to jump everywhere I go. I have been to 8 drop zones in 2008. This place is just the best. Everyone that I have run into down there just goes out of there way to make you feel welcome and help out. The DZ is just huge. Tons of green soft grass in the landing area. Two big swoop ponds. Huge hanger with nice padded packing area. Packers are fast and friendly if you don't want to pack your own. Full time gear store and great rigging loft with a very helpful staff. They have a very nice Super Otter now and that thing gets up fast. They go to 14k in the Otter so you really get you monies worth out of your jump tickets. I cannot wait to get back down there and jump at STF again. Check it out, you will be glad you did!
