    This reminds me of a group of experienced jumpers at a SC DZ who would not attempt their demo rating jumps at a particular DZ - because the DZSO abided by the rules. They all went to a DZ closer to the coast and in a few weeks came back flashing their newly obtained Demo Ratings. Funny how no one employed them to do any demos.
