  1. Good luck ever stopping gang banger thugs from killing people. Not gonna happen. Not only because they are encouraged to commit every crime imaginable, including murder, but it's considered cool. And look at their fucking parents. "My son didn't do it. He's a good boy." Are you fucking kidding me? Take one look at their facebook pages and tell me they are good kids. I hope they get ass raped in prison for the rest of their pathetic lives. 2. I'm under the understanding that free speech ends with the endangerment of others. Yelling fire in a movie theatre, or bomb on an airplane, creates mass panic and most likely injuries. Asking the crowd if they want to see a rodeo clown with a mask get run over does not endanger anyone but the clown...who is being paid to do that work anyways. I wouldn't group the two situations together. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  3. You must not get out much. This kind of thing happens with EVERY president. I've seen video of other rodeo clowns doing the same thing with Bush and Clinton masks. It's not racist until the president isn't white. Tell me again who is forcing racism? This may be news to you, but you can joke about watching anyone getting run over by a bull. Free speech baby. If you wanna be in this country, you're exposed to both sides of it. President or not. It wasn't a threat and it wasn't racist. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" 4. You put a bunch of opinionated A-types in a room and that's whatcha get. I do know what you mean though. I'm a member of boating/wakeboarding/fitness forums and they are all much more relaxed and get along. But I've also learned that skydiving attracts different people than does boating or wakeboarding. Those types of people, for the most part, are non-confrontational and laid back. It just comes with the territory, don't let it bother you. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  5. I have never seen a single worthwhile post from you. Amazing. Keep up the good work. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  6. Maybe they should grab Bernie De La Rionda and Mr. Guy for this one. You know, give them overwhelming evidence and a sure conviction, get them back in the game a little bit. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  7. It is obvious you didn't want any of this trial, or you would answer your own questions. "I don't want to give away my number, I don't know where the kid is." Sounds like he lost sight of him does it not? Dispatcher asks for an address, GZ says he walked up the side walk to get that house's address. If you watched the trial and saw the evidence you would know what side walk I'm talking about. The phone call ends there. He says he was walking back down the sidewalk and as he approached the T intersection TM approached him from behind and to the left. Again, if you watched the trial and evidence you would know what I'm talking about. Do you know anything about the timeline of this event? That was a slightly rhetorical question. Do you know how much time passed between when GZ lost sight of TM and when we know the altercation occured? Based on call records and testimony of the woman who called 911, this was determined in court. The gym owner who was training GZ said he was "soft" "out of shape" and on fighting ability a "1 out of 10 skill level". Have you seen pictures of TM that your liberal news channels don't want to show you? The ones that show him shirtless and ripped? Did you see in trial the cutouts that counsel created of the two men? Did you see which person was actually bigger? Of course not, keep watching the news. Now please explain to me how a soft overweight, nonmuscular man could lose sight of a strong fit young man, chase him down when he couldn't even see him, and seemingly run for about 4 minutes straight. Your "scenario" makes no sense. Just because you want to believe GZ chased down a poor innocent little boy and killed him cold blood doesn't mean it is even remotely accurate. By the way, saying he is walking down the street eating skittles and in fear of his life is b.s. and everyone knows it. For one, the package wasn't opened yet. And two, many people now believe he was buying skittles and Arizona watermelon to make purple lean which is a drug drink. ZM also said he looked like he was looking in people's windows as a possible burgler. True? No one knows for sure, but since we now know TM was most likely involved in jewelry theft, I'd say it's probable. Why do you refuse to deny all the evidence and testimony presented in trial? I'd say it's because you have no idea what any of that is. Unfortunately the real character of TM is revealing itself post trial now. The cause of this fatality, imo, originated well before the day of the shooting. There's a certain culture in this country that thinks it's cool to abuse drugs, start fights, steal jewelry, and illegally own and use guns. The problem is that he became part of that culture. You should really review the Florida Teen Shot thread and educate yourself on the facts before coming up with ridiculous scenarios that have been disproven in court. Or maybe we and the jury are all just idiots and you know the true story. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  8. Let me rephrase: televised news. That's where a huge majority of people get their news, and a big reason why this has escalated like it has. I have yet to see any of the 3 big channels describe the texts like in this article, but 1 certain channel atleast mentions that they exist. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  9. Well I'll be damned. Anyone want to make a wager on when these texts show up on the news? I'll take never. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  10. Rush was referring to Billvon when he said "he". I'm aware that Xanax and Valium are prescribed for the purpose of relaxing. But I've seen some people do some really chaotic and weird shit on those drugs. So call them relaxing all you want, I suppose you have to, but the fact is not everyone reacts the same. Pot included. Surely you know that. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  11. You don't normally turns words around like that. Interesting. Please show where you read that the restraining order was because of assault. When brought up in trial, I don't believe the word assault was ever used. Illegal arms dealing is worse than hitting a cop. You gun-o-phobes surely understand that. Being suspended because of drugs and violence is worse than being arrested and freed 8 years ago. Taking multiple illegal drugs, and IMO producing another illegal one, is worse than a mutual restraining order that was dropped years ago. So yeah, when you word it that way, I guess you were right. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  12. Read my response. GZ arrested 8 years ago, charges eventually dropped. TM currently involved in fighting and drugs and gun sales. But sure, pointless sarcasm makes your argument much more sound. In his system he also had Temazepam (hypnotic) which is a type of Benzo, and Adderall. Not what I would call "relaxing" drugs. He also had pictures on his phone of what some believe to be the drug drink "purple lean" which, coincidentally, can be made using skittles and Arizona watermelon. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  13. He also applied for a restraining against her as well, so it was mutual. You say it was not "dropped" at all, then a few sentences later say that it was dropped when he entered a program... The assault arrest was 8 years ago when he was 21. TM on the other hand, was currently involved in drugs, currently on drugs, currently suspended from school, currently talking about illegal gun purchasing, and recently involved in fights. Weigh that how you want, but a little common sense suggests who really had the pertinent history. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  14. And what about GZ? who had been arrested in the past for domestic violence and assault on a police officer? What had TM ever been arrested for? Of which those charges were dropped immediately. So referring to them is skewed. TM didn't make it to the age that Zimmerman was when he was arrested for assault. Just because he hadn't been arrested doesn't imply he's a goody boy. Marijuana is illegal in florida and he would have been facing hard time if he was caught. Same goes for his street fights. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  15. I think Zimmerman is lucky that TM didn't know he was carrying. People say that TM would have definitely ran away in fear, but lets be honest, if you have any experience with these kinds of people (criminal thugs) you know that they never run from a fight. He would have gone home and got his own gun. I can see where jurors would get the idea that getting out of your car makes you guilty. That's what the news portrayed and that's why about half the country thinks it right now. Sadly none of these people will educate themselves on the evidence and law like the jury did. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  16. Are there not laws in place that require certain minority employment? Thanks for answering my question for me, but I didn't say that minorities are never qualified for the job. You know that. My problem isn't with minorities who are qualified. Good for them. My problem is requiring certain minority employment with no regards to ability to do the job. That's b.s. My dad just retired as a captain with the local fire dept. 33 years served. The last 3 years he became extremely frustrated because they were required to maintain a certain level of minority employment. The best candidate for the job...an overweight lazy black male who routinely showed up to work under the influence of both pot and alcohol. You can imagine a fire dept is a team built on trust for eachother, and you wouldn't want this person watching your back. But he was under extreme pressure to keep him employed because of the laws. I don't agree with that no, and he wouldn't have been working there if it wasn't for these laws. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  17. You're kidding right? You admitted upthread that you didn't watch the trial right? No wonder you continue arguing the same stupid points. There is no proof that Zimmerman did anything to break a single law that night. NOT ONE. Following isn't illegal. Keeping an eye on someone isn't illegal. Carrying his gun wasn't illegal. Shooting someone in self defense isn't illegal. Assaulting a man IS illegal and is grounds to get your ass shot if he is carrying. Treyvon was gone, Zimmerman lost him. 4 minutes later Treyvon doubled back and punched him in the face. If you educated yourself on the case and evidence you could make that connection on your own. The jury did. Your understanding of the law is asinine. Calling it profiling all you want. Turns out he was right in this case. The kid was a thug; beginning involvements in illegal firearms transactions, a drug user and suspected distributor, and had a history of fighting. He wanted to be a thug that night and start a fight, and look what happened. You honestly say he died for no good reason? Hey, don't attack another person and you wont get shot. They both had a right to self defense. Please tell me what TM was defending himself from. You do not have a right to self defense when you start beating the shit out of someone unexpectedly. To all those people like the commentator who you referred to, who are saying "how do I explain this case to my children?" Here's how I would explain it. If you feel like something is wrong, call the cops and go home. Don't sneak up and punch him in the face and bash his head on the concrete. Sounds like simple fucking common sense, but as you see, it's not so common. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  18. What makes a group of people a minority? Is it their lack of power and influence, or just simply the number of them? I can't really understand calling the black community "minorities" anymore. If you can force companies to hire you not based on skill or intelligence, but requirements based on skin color, if you are entitled to more grants and payoffs because of skin color, or if you have the power to singlehandedly abuse the judicial system and bring charges and trials to people who have no business being involved, based solely on skin color and political pressure, and then install hate, fear, and chaos based on the outcome, you have far more power and influence than the white community. IMO. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  19. Yes I do. I need to quit multi-tasking. No idea where the word hero came from. What I meant to say was: "Telling us to honor Treyvon Martin isn't taking a side? Since when does being a thug and assulting a man make you deserving of honor? Oh wait, we can just deny the evidence and assume he was a cute little boy who did no harm and was killed because of his fucking skin color. Ridiculous." This case has shown that a gun was used in self-defense. Wtf does that have to do with gun control? What about all the other violence with guns that are being used to murder not defend? For someone with as much information at his disposal as the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, he should be educated on the trial of which he wants to comment on. He very much is not. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  20. Andy, as a lawyer, how would you respond to another lawyer who says this to you? Keep in mind he is a black lawyer (possibly professor) responding to a facebook status of a law student here in Kansas: "If you find it hard to believe the jury werent skewed in any direction than you have a long way to go to understand the legal system of which you will soon be a part of. It's really quite sad. You have no knowledge of social science of priming, racial profiling, and the world in which we live (that the legal process reflects). Just keep on living. I can't have this conversation with 20-somethings whose biggest convern is where the next party is and who is bringing the beer. To equate the feelings of those moms who have NEVER had to live in fear of their black sons being a target is ridiculous. I have to tell my son things they never have had to tell their son - just so that he isn't mistakenly shot by a fool who assumes because he is black he is dangerous! You don't know what the hell you are talking about and have sufficiently pissed me off." I have my opinion of this "lawyer" but I'll keep it to myself as I did when I read his comment. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  21. He did exactly the opposite of that, as every person who's read the news this morning knows. Once again, here's OHCHUTE making shit up. Calling Treyvon Martin a hero isn't taking a side? Since when does being a thug and assulting a man make you a hero? Oh wait, we can just deny the evidence and assume he was a cute little boy who did no harm and was killed because of his fucking skin color. Ridiculous. I'm waiting on him to comment on the hundreds of black deaths in chicago on a monthly basis. Crickets? Black on black violence doesn't sell stories. "White" on black violence does. Btw, Obama is as white as Zimmerman is...half n half. In the 50's and 60's the black community was on the rise because there were african american "heroes" who tried to make the world a better place. You want to know why many feel like the black community is on a decline now? Calling TM a hero is the reason. This is the type of person young black kids have to look up to apparently. Thugs. It'll just get worse from here. Sad. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  22. That's the funniest thing I've seen in a long time! My hat's off to O'Mara, he is an incredible attorney and represents himself with class and composure. I was extremely impressed while watching him work. Imo justice has prevailed and that feels good. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  23. Off to the jury it goes. This should be interesting. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  24. Prosecution is done with the first part of their closing argument. Anyone hear it all? I was far from impressed. I can't recall seeing one piece of evidence that proves 2nd degree murder. The evidence shown was to disprove GZ's story. What good does that do? That's not the state's job here. They HAVE to prove their case. Assumptions and exaggerations aren't proof. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
  25. Come on now, you know better than to differ between right and left wing media. All media is skewed for a good headline. "Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!" Flying Hellfish #828 Dudist #52
