  1. Yeah. I have these rare canopies a long time ago. They are neither excellent nor bad. Anyway, I like them. But only in the last few years have I used them enough and it's time to change the lines. I was told that with new lines, different from the original Spectra, the canopy looks better. We'll see. The Cobalt tastes great, good openings, good glide and never had problems. Thanks for the reply, Mark and I are taking
  2. Nop, do you have the contacts please? Thanks
  3. Good morning. I have 3 canopies Cobalt 120 ONyx 85 and 75 And I would buy lines. I can not find them, can someone help me, or indicate any rigger who does them? Grateful. Mauricio

  5. Hola Holger. I do not know if I'm responding right because my English is bad, but if you mean the remote, where we put a plug; I think the cameras 290 and 390 do not. But from the mid-range models, Alpha 450 and upward, and the A33 and A55 models have remote yes. I use plug, manufactured by ultimate-switch. http://www.ultimate-switch.com/home/About-Ultimate-Switch Remote Sony; http://www.pocket-lint.com/news-gallery/35134/sony-alpha-a33-a55-hands-on/12#image Good weenkend to All Graiki
  6. Holá Erik. Sony SLTA55 has more megapixels than the one I use. Good choice. I send you a link of one of the photos with the SLT A33; http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5225/5751632808_00cd4762e5_o.jpg more in my flickr... some photos with SLTA33 and Alpha A100 Blue skies Mauricio Graiki
  7. Hello Rugby82, okay? Probably, the comments above are correct. Canon or Nikon are better, with more lenses, more accessories and more used in skydiving. Only I would say my experience with Sony, because you asked about Sony SLT A33. For over three years I bought my first Sony, A100, due to economic reasons as it was half price at the time. I made my own swicth, because at that time, there was nobody to make them. Today there is a manufacturer that makes for all brands. Ultimate blow swicth. A few months ago I bought a Sony A33 SLT. Since I already have all the lenses for sony, I choose to buy a new, better, than change everything! I'm quite happy with the SLT A33. The machine is light, shoot 7 frames per second, excellent ISO, has more than 14 megapixels and beyond all that, recording in Full HD. My fisrt test; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s1r8EK73pvQ&feature=channel_video_title Not a quality recording with Mark canon, or a 7D, but it is quite interesting. Actually I do not have a 7D to compare. Whatever.. Anyway that's it. Good choice in buying a new camera and good jumps. Bye
  8. Hello, I originally had a sony alpha A100. It lasted three years. To take advantage of lenses that had already bought a SLT-A33. With 14.2 megapixels, 7 photos per second, much better ISO, smaller, lighter and I'm really enjoying it. I have not worked much with the machine yet, but I can see that the quality is good. http://www.flickr.com/photos/mauriciograiki/5178655792/in/photostream/ For those who like Sony, would be a good option. There is also the SLT-A55 .. Blue skies; Graiki

  10. I've had problems with my Peleng 8mm on days of cold, humidity and heat. In fact on days like this, with lots of clouds and an extremely tropical climate, I do not know how to handle this situation. I'll follow some of the advice posted here I try to avoid jumping with peleng. When this happened, I cleaned the internal humidity by placing the lens in a closed box with a lot of silica, for a week and it was great. Look at the photo for example. Now in the summer in Portugal and Spain where I jump, I've got no problems with the Peleng, because the weather does not vary much with different altitudes. blue skies

Good staff, excellent professionals. If you are a skydiver, you do not get on the ground. There are slots for Tandems, AFFS and fun jumpers ... The plane, the PAC 750 is perfect. The city is very good, with many tourist attractions and hotels. Good food at cheap prices. They're 80 miles from the capital Lisbon, the sea and also from Spain. It's worth knowing
  15. Hello dragon2. The condensation is inside the fish eye. I put the fish-eye in the sling with which it comes. Then put in the sun and after a few minutes it was sweating out. Then I used a hair dryer, with little power of heat to dry out. I believe that should have worked. I'll see in next weekend if it worked. You say: There's also anti-fog stuff like CatCrap but I'd be very hesitant to put that on a photography lens, it's likely very bad for it's coating. I know and use it in extreme conditions. About As a sidenote: Saturation - high Sharpness - hard It´s not actually correct. In my sony I have many pre-settings, for exemple, the sport mode. I don´t use any of them, for skydiving. I set the camera the way I thing it must be. Speaking about the tandens, I increase one level of saturation & Sharpness. Because I believe the photos get more vivid colours and better. I could also change contrast, but I don’t. They are levels -2,-1,0,1,2 in ADOBE colours. Being 0 (zero) the normal setting, or normal, as you said. I just increase 1 point. It is not high nor hard. I am very thankful your advices. But I did not understand what you wanted to say by; This may SEEM like nice pics on the screen but leaves the customer no room at all to adjust anything & Seems to be a regional thing & Your settings don't leave anyone much choice... Are you suggesting that the tandem students should adjust the photos afterwards? With the photoshop? If this is the case, I bealive that it would be interesting having a very powerfull DSLR, and take the photos in the RAW mode, not in JPEG. Anyway you can be right and I can change my way of thinking. I like to learn and improve professionally. Thanks dude,
  16. Hello friends. I had this weekend, a problem of condensation (foggy) in my fish-eye lens for photography. Has anyone had this problem and could help me? I put a photo attached. Thank you. Graiki
  17. look; www.flickr.com/photos/mauriciograiki, I'm always learning, accept advice Happy New Year.
  18. Thank DSE and friends. The panel looks good, but I would have to have money to buy them. I'll get a flash similar to 580 for sony alpha. From what I understand, I can use any kind of angular. I can adjust the power, distance and angle of the flash light. It must be expensive, but should be a good buy. hugs...
  19. Hello friends. I have a sony a100 DSLR camera and shot some photos with flash of the machine itself. But I would like to buy an external flash, or something better. You who have experience can help me and advise me? I have 2 lenses, the 18mm, and a Peleng 8mm (180º). What is the best profile for that? Flash or light? What brand? What store? thanks.
  20. Hi guys.... look this; www.jamendo.com Free music blue skies.
  21. Hello friends. I agree with everyone. We need to take pictures on the floor and try with different configurations, and because the light varies along the day .. With much sun i put the priority of shooting at 1/500, ISO 200 and calculates the shutter reflex that is between 5.6 to 13F for example, with good depth of field. My camera has 9 points of focus, and often put in AF / C, when using a 18mm lens. I'm still learning a lot, and I believe that ¨knowing ¨ a little about photography really makes the difference between good and bad photos. Blue skies & good shots
