Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System a box will pop up click on hardware the device manager will come up.. It will have a list of devices set up on your system.. Find the DVD Drive.. Right click it, and click 'delete' After its gone, at the very top right click on "my computer" and click "Scan for hardware changes".. It should detect and reinstall the drivers for the player.
