I am driving down the 17th from Raleigh, NC and would be willing to pick him up. Any way he could make it over to 95 though? New Bern is kind of out of the way with the drive being sizable as is. Hope he packs TIGHT, moving out West and leaving directly from the boogie, so my car is going to be PACKED. But if he can get to 95 and that works for him, he's got a ride. Let me know.

Thanks for the clarification. DAMN, that's some impressive flying. But still... GO RANCH FALLOUT!

Following a few teams in this competition and curious. What are the levels of each division? Is Open the hardest/highest level of competition or would Advanced be the top division? I see some crazy point totals in Open and wonder if they are THAT good, or the formation sequences aren't as tough as the Advanced division. Either way, GO RANCH FALLOUT!

Staplegun didn't you lose your manhood a while ago?! See you this weekend sir...

Soooooooo anyone hear anything about the September issue yet?!

Anyone get the September issue yet? Just curious. I know they had the whole deal with the printer, etc etc...

That's exactly what me and a few friends did back in May. Elsinore, Perris, and San Diego, in 4 days. 2 days spent at San Diego. Easy to hit them all, made 27 jumps total, was a great trip.

Back in May I made a little SoCal trip with a few friends. While the DZ isn't right on the ocean, Skydive San Diego had a gorgeous view of a reservoir, some surrounding mountains, and very consistent winds. The people were very nice as well.

New jumpers, please don't fall for this lie. This guy lives to pray off of rookies. Placing yourself in a car with him for any length of time with nowhere to escape will be extremely detrimental to your health. Billy, man up and show up to The Ranch if you want to hang. Don't crutch yourself on others!

That sounds extremely overrated... Wingsuit demos this weekend, get up here!
-
Stapleton, get up here so I can mix you up a roofie-colada man!

Yeah, call manifest. Ask for Etch, if I'm not on a load I'll come pick you up man. Camping down by the pond is usually the place for just the weekend. If we have a fire going, around the DZ. If not, Benson's or New Paltz usually. No worries, just ask around and hop on board! Leaving work now to head up there, see you later.

Another idea, if you don't get a ride lined up, would be to call manifest when you're about 10-15 minutes out from New Paltz. At that point there might be a few bums hanging around that would have no problem picking you up. If I'm not hopping on sunset load, I might even be one of them... Manifest - 845.255.4033 Worst that happens, they say sorry, and you take a cab...

Was down to this on Saturday with some Ranch hands and wanted to thank the staff at SDLI for a fun day. Heli and CASA jumps were awesome and the pig roast/live band/ice luge/kegs were a great way to end the day! Good times, thanks again!

After talking with the DZ staff, it sounds like the Helicopter jumps will be $70. Just FYI.

Any Ranch skydivers care to do give me a warm welcome this Friday?
Etch5 replied to npgraphicdesign's topic in The Bonfire
I'll be there Friday and would be down for jumps and beers. That's a no brainer... -
Bolas did not hop in the ring, however, he was pretty impressive with how he battled a bottle of Wild Turkey Saturday night!

Where to take first time jumper near Seattle
Etch5 replied to tcituk's topic in Events & Places to Jump
Never been to Kapowsin, but I hung out at Snohomish last Fall while on a cross country trip and the jumpers there are awesome people. If you can get out there I'd recommend it, great people, great view from altitude. -
Miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiister Stapleton... You son of a bitch... Hahaha. Have fun at Skyfest, then come up here and visit! You know you miss the Ranch!
-
Awesome. Do I need to sign up ahead of time if I'd like to get some instruction and demo a wingsuit? I jump at the Ranch...

Just got a brand new custom Infinity and I'm in love. This rig is amazing and I've barely started jumping it. Cut-in Laterals, the end. I can't even tell I'm wearing it in freefall because it isn't moving an inch. Double wide leg straps are great under canopy too. I've only jumped it a few times, but I'm extremely impressed with this container and am more than happy for the money I spent on it.
