  1. I use a Swedish link (RSL shackle). Works great.

  3. One thing to be aware of is Squirrel (and Tony) suits have zips that are continuous from throat to foot, while PF suits have two separate zippers that do not meet. This makes the PF suits a bit trickier to take on and off, and is the main reason why I've never bought one. It may not bother some, but for some reason I can't get over it.
  4. Glad everything worked out OK. Can we have more info on how the risers were packed incorrectly?
  5. I was going to help you out with that date but on second thought i'll let you figure that out on your own... Maybe if you learn something it'll be worth a minute of your life.
  6. Frank I've got 400 jumps on my zpx pilot, it still looks brand new.
  7. I took your survey, but you should know I found many of your questions to be worded extreemly biased to the point of insult. I've taken several serveys and been involved in a handful of case studies and have never heard such terrible questions. Survey writing must be unbiased to achieve accurate results. Perhaps they don't teach that at your Uni. "I feel lucky not to have been involved in an accident when finishing a day of participation in my sport. " Really?
  8. Thank goodness we have Giselle back to enertain us while we wait for production.
  9. If you want to see what the display really looks like, all you need to do is find a ski shop with one of the Zeal instruments goggles with the Recon MOD HUD installed in stock. They'll be happy to turn it on and let you try it on.
  10. The altitude shown during live transmission was MSL.
  11. As the orriginator of the term "flying constume" can I be expecting some royalties?

  13. Please don't forget Kery Kirch, that was only a week after Pete. I also found this one - http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=3853462;sb=post_latest_reply;so=ASC;forum_view=forum_view_collapsed;;page=unread#unread This thread has seriously bummed me out.
  14. You owe me $2.99 Mule, the Sky News app does not have live streaming.
  15. Start with them open until you get used to the feel of the suit. Then start closing them gradually, maybe 1 inch at a time, every couple jumps. The variable pressure available is probably the greatest advantage to these zippers, just make sure the amount zippped on each wing is even. Hold them next to each other when you do it. Before you know it, the vents will be all the way closed and you will have never noticed the difference.
  16. Sure looks like a collapsed pc to me...
  17. Its just a pocket bro, its for whatever you put in it. How about a phone?
  18. I've been using the link from an old RSL for years now, it works really well. Most riggers have some old RSLs lying around that can easily be poached.
  19. I don't remember his name, but I remember he was from Guatemala. I believe that is one of the last flights that suit took, it was ripped up pretty badly sliding in a landing in the PR boulder field (aka dropzone).

  21. I don't think I remember seeing that one with all the Tony demos that were sent to Colorado last week.
