I totally acknowledge that Madam Finch did not get to see the best side of Deepseed. There was a delay in the order, due to a supplier issue over some Tape. The dog ate my lunch, a meteor blew up the work shop blah blah..We also failed to pick up on the fact that madam finch had ordered a loose fit standard Freefly suit, when based on her measurements the product she needed, was our Inverter suit. So we definitely made a few mistakes on this set of orders. We offered to fix the problem FOC, but our offer was declined and a full refund was issued at The customers request, as she wanted to go with another suit manufacturer. Madam Finch, I am so sorry that you are still waiting for a freefly suit after all this time (as we have already made another suit for the other party involved in the order), and hope that when you do get it, it is all good for you and you can get on with jumping. Hey Man, If you want custom custom, we can do it, no problem, you specify the design, and we will make it. The problem with custom custom, is the time it takes and therefore the cost involved, and we find most people want a super custom product, but only want to pay the normal rack rate...but if you are prepared to pay for a company to go outside the square, then we will build whatever you want.. Woodpecker, all I can say mate, is that I have been around a bit, before I got into Deepseed, and if you can find a suit that is better value for money (some are cheaper, some are slightly better, None are both!!), then I suggest you buy it... Hey Guys, My name is Liam from Deepseed. We have been around for 3 years now, in NZ, and you are correct, we have only just started to advertise in USA. You guys make some interesting points that you are right to consider. On the shipping back and forth to NZ in case of an alteration being required, we will be using a US based rigger for those, we are just in the process of setting that up. We also are pretty fussy about measurements, and we stress the importance of doing as good a job as you can when taking them (this is a part of the ordering process). Dude I will be straight up with you and tell you that our rep has been built on our freefly gear. The RW suit you see on the website is not a competition level suit (we are developing our competition suit with the help of some serious RW competitors (Pete Allum, Laslo Czismadia), but right now, if you want a competition standard RW suit, use one of the established guys (ours will be a kick arse product once we release it!!). However, if you want a Freefly suit, then our product is right up there with the best. Hope that answers your question dude (straight shooting, straight from the horses mouth).
