  1. Thanks the replies guys! I have contacted those 3 people today, Jay & Bob both have exp with quads. So it looks like Ill have to drive out of state. I read the whole thesis, and its pretty accurate. But most of that can be cleared up with a few questions. I have no bone problems, I can wear something like panty hose to help from blood pooling in my legs, i can explain to the instructor how to be handled to the edge to prevent sores, etc. And from what i hear from instructors & quads who have jump, the wind in the face is not a problem. Thanks for the help!
  2. Hi all! I have read some encouraging posts on here about quads going tandem. I too am a C5 quad, living in KS I've called DZ’s around here, and I think they’ve taken just one quad. I they look at it as “scary”. Is there a way I can entice them to do it? What you do with the legs; strap them together or to the tandem master? Is there a problem breathing with all that air blowing in your face, and only able to breathe with your diaphragm? Since I'm 6’4”, do I have to have a master as tall as me? I’d appreciate any help!
