This is one of the most ridiculous things that I have ever heard. I have know Jeremy for years and he doesn't have a clandestine bone in his body. I'll tell you right now that I know mcordell personally and it is pointless to try and argue with him. He is right no matter what you say. This attitude keeps me off of whatever load he is on. I've got what's called a Frenum. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frenum_piercing Did it when I turned 18 just to be different. It's just what I did in those days. I was in a fraternity for my first year of college. Most parents I know would cringe at the idea of their son or daughter going Greek but honestly it was the only thing that kept my grades up. I only dropped it because I was moving to another state and I didn't like the house at the new school. Just come up with a list of pro and cons for each and focus on what you would consider pros and cons at that age. Dorms are not nearly as safe as one might think and there is plenty of distraction all around even on the "nerd floors."
