Looks like there are some issues not solved yet:

my set-up: HD Gopro Helmet
setting for HD r5/Pal

running on a PC with XP SP3 - when wanting to open file: error msg code -2048: the file ...mp4 can't be opennend because Quicktime can't access the format.

going to the gym 2 - 3 times a week and work your back muscles can make a big difference. Changing your bed could also be an other issue.

The work will have to be done by yourself in the long run. The doc can only release the pain but not the syndrom

don't apologize for something that is absolutley ok. Who cares about who paid for your gear or tickets. Somebody did, and if it's not what you want, then send it back or ask for a partial refund.
