  1. http://manifestmaster.com/video/vinton2007.wmv look and goto the 3:30 mark, and there is a helicopter stall
  2. ok because i've been looking and some people swear by a box and some say it isn't necessary. thank you for all of your help . i'll continue to scower ebay now...
  3. thank you very much as well. I looked into these and it looks like exactly what i'm looking for. I dont need a $1000 camera just to shoot friends and fun jumps. sorry i'm asking so many questions i'm sure you all have heard a million times but... if I do go with a HC series cam what box would be recommended. are the boxes listed by what camera would fit in them. i was looking at the cookie boxes. is there anything else i would need to mount it (as far as mounting plates or brackets) or is that all included with the box? any thoughts?
  4. Get a Sony PC100. haha thanks. i appretiate all the help guys/girls so far i have -Sony PC100 -Sony PC1000 -Sony XDCAM EX or a RED One -Sony PC109 from reading i see that most are not made anymore and i will have to find one via ebay or the classifieds correct? anything i need to look out for purchasing used?
  5. I have read pages, and pages of posts on who jumps what camera ,and what they are good for, and what not to get. But i am still wandering around like a jackass. I cannot wrap my head around all the names and abreviations... What i need is someone to tell me get this model and this number. example: "get a Sony PC100" I have a Z1 Evo Freefly helmet i'm going to mount it to, and just use it for fun jumping. I just want something small, reliable, and semi decent picture quality. I'm not Speilberg. I will probably put it in a box (if that even matters). No cam eye , no bite switches, no frills. PLEASE HELP ME! and god be with you if you tell me to search. My search button sticks i used it so much. ps and no my jump numbers arn't current so dont go there either THANK YOU ahead of time... oh thank you so so much
  6. i know some swoopers that would need that
  7. glad your ok man... you should start a broken line club... And thats ok, i'd rather not join (*knock on wood*) great move to chop and get under something landable. See you guys/girls soon.
  8. i think in that *RARE* scenario of getting a reserve tangled on a tail or similar case that if it was shredded and you could not cut it off with a hook knife. I would prefer to attempt a two out before burning in under a shredded reserve.
  9. sorry we missed it ... looks like a blast... i LOVE leanne's landings as always
  10. HELP i have a disorder... i have a Dakine freefly suit that is a little small for me now and i'm looking for another one. The only ones in the classified section are not what i'm looking for size/color. Is there anywere else that has used/new dakine gear left? or anyone trying to get rid of a freefly suit or freefly pants? Thanks guys/girls
  11. I'll never forget sitting there on the bench, and Dale walked up to me and Megan and out of nowere so "matter of fact" he says, "I got new shoe strings, and i'm real excited about that" Just standing there waiting for a reply we looked at each other and just busted out laughing with Dale just standing there still waiting for his reply. Only made a couple jumps with him in the plane always a pleasure to have him around. He will be GREATLY missed at Gold Coast Skydivers as well as anywere the people had the pleasure of meeting him. You will not be forgoten... Blue Skies forever here are a few pics... http://goldcoast.albumpost.com//albums/A-little-RW-anyone/14jan07b_005.sized.jpg http://goldcoast.albumpost.com//albums/A-little-RW-anyone/IMG_3629.jpg http://goldcoast.albumpost.com//albums/A-little-RW-anyone/DSCF0002.sized.jpg and my favorite..."5,000ft tall dale" http://goldcoast.albumpost.com//albums/A-little-RW-anyone/11mar07_004.sized.jpg
  12. If you run out of time for some STRANGE reason. you could always put a couple kids on a table and work on their arch!
  13. beat ya! 1080 with better accuracy and a longer swoop ! gotta love competition hahaha i love this simulator
  14. i have both sets of these and use them for playing tennis and soccer. I would NOT recomend these for skydiving as a replacement for sunglasses. Like stated before they are just a color ENHANCER to better diferentiate between (example) a tennis ball and a tennis court. I'll stick to my tinted goggles
