Well, Robt you do have a little humor in you - I am surprised. Thought you were an old stiff fuddy duddy! What you guys have found on Meier is only the tip of the iceberg. I have been investigating this for yrs & I have told the story about the woman & the yacht before - but, now it seemingly has gotten some attention. I assure you there is a connection - that I know 100%. I threw Meire out there before hoping someone could produce something I had not already seen & what a PI of sorts because of his interest was able to obtain. Bernie & Meire were connected. Just how much of a connection the US government has buried in a lot of muck. There is a phone call I have put off making for many yrs, but perhaps now is the time. I will do it later this week, but I am tied up with other things for a few days. It is called survival & to keep my body going for a little longer. If I had not met the individuals I have spoke of - I would not persue the issue, but since I know I am not creating a memory - & I know these things really happened. Go back in the thread & you will see I have written about the Woman & Meire before. When I was writing down a Chicago address thru which they received communications - I commented to her about the Meyers that I knew & she quickly corrected me about her name being spelled Meier. Remember that in the back of Duane's old metal book that some one confiscated was a number written with the code. It was a number Duane was supposed to call if he ever needed help. Now I know the code was to have been used to make the contact. REMEMBER THE CODE THAT WAS HIS ARMY # AND HIS NAVY NUMBER. That was the code I was supposed to give - but dumb me didn't get it. When I contacted that number after Duane died - the person who answered ask me for a code...I didn't have a code or so I thought. I told the person that my husband had died & that he was supposed to call this number if he ever need help... The second time I called that number I was again asked if I had a code. I told them no....and I did not have a name. After that the number was a publishing company.. This was all before I went public in 2001. I was unable to learn who the number belonged to. Once the number was retired for a period of time - it was designated to another. It was originally a non-published number & therefore Ma Bell was unable to provide me with the name of who the phone number had belonged to previously. As usual you pop off without the research. I have it all & much of it is no longer available. The key is Watergate & Duane's connection to other individuals named in Watergate. What I do know is the woman I met was a Meirer & she was related to the Meirer in question & she had an intimate & personal connection to Weber & a personal connection to the nightclub in Ft.Lauderdale. Duane had a personal conversation with 3 men in Ft. Lauderdale at the club. I was NOT introduce to them. When I first contacted the owner of the nightclub in 2000 (tracking down people Duane apparently knew)]I had a serious accident 2 or 3 wks later. I was asking questions - too many questions. Duane was at the Club the night the Cuban thing was cancelled....& he knew Bernie & Meier because of the personal references & Duane asking about Meiers children by name. I have a letter from Duane's brother that talks about a family member running into Duane at the Club on that night in 1971. Duane at one time told me things I did not forget & my research on what I remembered & the people I met became of the significant. Part of the conversation with the one legged man in 1979 in CO involved Meier & they talked about Area 51. Duane cautioned the other person a need to discontinue the conversation. I decided to go to our room in the suite...but my antennae had been alerted...I continued to listen to more of the conversation (what I could hear from the bedroom). When I left the room Duane was specific with the one legged man - to keep his voice down. Remember I met Bernie at a function in New Orleans, but I did not know who he was until I saw his obiturary...& his connection to watergate...this was before Bernie went to prison. What if any this connects to the incident in 1971 - I do not know. The whole point is that Duane was in a loop that included certain individuals & as an ex-con who alway got caught. What did he do to have such a personal relationship with these individuals. ON the yacht the woman removed most of their conversation away from me to the other side of the yacht, as she was uncomfortable talking about this in my presence & perhaps they young man she was with. All of the things Duane told me about are connected....they do not mean these individuals were connect to the incident in Nov of 1971. As usual you pop off with things you know nothing about...or you just ignore regarding the past of Weber. What Duane did for the individuals I do not know....but he was involved & present when certain things happened or associated with individuals involved. Ex-con talk! Not hardly as these are conversations I over heard. Duane had a lot of rough edges & I didn't understand his connections to seemingly wealthy & well educated individuals. The person with her I remember his appearance, but not his name & the discussion was not something she was comfortable to continue in my presence & may have included the gentleman she was with. I posted this before, but the time has come and the secrets have to be told: Gerald Bellett is a reporter for the Vancouver Sun in British Columbia: "When John Meier, a former aide to Howard Hughes, moved there from the U.S. in the early 1970s, Bellett began writing about Meier's struggle with the White House, the CIA, and the Howard Hughes organization. This is an authorized biography, and while it helps fill in some historical gaps about Watergate and the Hughes-CIA connection, it is still history as told by yet another insider-victim, with possible axes to grind. It's a bit suspicious. Even though he was wheeling and dealing with the spookiest and most duplicitous people on the planet, it seems that for Meier, these were the good old days. There is not a single mea culpa in this entire book. But another grinding fact is that Meier was a victim of CIA and Canadian collusion to put him behind bars. This included charges of tax evasion, obstruction of justice, and ultimately a charge of murder. He spent five years in prison before prosecutors emptied out their bag of tricks. Meier argues that Watergate was a classic set-up, and it appears that the CIA thought he had a stash of Hughes documents that might prove his point. According to Meier, when he refused to cut a deal with the CIA to produce the documents and keep his mouth shut, his legal problems began."

I have all I need on Stanley. He was married to the God Child of Duane's mother & he was good friend of Duane's brother John C. Weber. JUST where have you been - I provided ALL of that to you privately because I asked you to do a search on Duane's family in WA. thru his mother's best friend. ALL OF THAT WAS SENT TO YOU & YOU COMPLETELY IGNORED IT & SO HAS THE FBI. I know all about Stanely I need to know! And I know his wife was the daughter of his mother's best friend... I have been telling this for yrs - where have you been....I printed the Obit on this thread more than once. I haven't got much longer on this earth and what quality of life I had has been taken from me in the last 3 months. YOU need to get your priorities in place... Cooper got away - Cooper was not stupid. Cooper knew better than to talk if he wanted to remain alive & a free man. Duane took me to these places & over the yrs told me the story in bits & pieces...but with no mention of the skyjacking. He kept to himself - Secrets that could put him in prison for life, I was his wife & I knew ZERO about his criminal past ...Remember he tried to tell me on the end - but I was having none of it. There was Tommy Gunn (alive in 1995 and Tony Wong (deceased) and Ed Horan (deceased) and a picture of a man in SALT LAKE. Duane Weber was NOT dropping hints to the public or his friends. We were a real couple - we didn't need lots of friends....why in the world would he put out hints? You are the ONLY one claiming Duane dropped hints. GO TO HELL. You feed off of everyone. AND some of the guys were still alive! Took a Rookie investigator to find that. Namely Shutter! 13 yrs later! John Collins is the man several men from Jefferson contacted the FBI about in 1971 & 1972. The FBI was told that Cooper had been a resident there...the 2 local FBI agents may have filed their report (about a subject they knew little about) & then it got LOST. There is no record regarding this...just the word of Mr Himmelsbach. Yet, reports from San Quentin and Folsom also came in...Every prison Duane was in had a hit when Cooper made his jump. But, seems like the FBI made a big mistake in not pursueing those lead and if they did where is the back-up paper work? Blevins - if a criminal TALKS he will WALK the line in prison eventually. REALLY very stupid and self serving for you to suggest he would have TALKED about things. One man who I hope is still living the FBI never told me if they interviewed or NOT! Often you guys have wondered why I was so focused on Petersen's past and why he was informative with me in the early days and then as his health slipped he became irate with all of us. I have a picture of a young man I believe is the son of Petersen! But, I could never post it. I just know the conversation with the younger man was about his father and jumping and they moved the conversation of my hearing range. I did catch some of the conversation. Even more odd is that Duane remained friends with this young man until he died....The young man had sent us a picture of his last child after we moved to Pace and before Duane saw him on the "the field - with the white fence all around it - a place where the GUYS used to jump". This young man cautioned Duane and they stepped out of my hearing range but the wind was coming my way. When this man had another child the last card from him had a picture of a female child & they named the Child Danielle. They seemingly thought it was appropriate & Duane would be interested in this. The relationship with the man disolved shortly before Duane die and the man sold his farm and moved. Danielle, Duane, Dan - what was the connection? Perhaps this young man was the son of Richard Petersen. Duane asked about his father, but I forget the answer now. As we left the 'ranch' I commented on the young man's hair as it was so dark & straight I thought it was a wig. Duane told me his mother was Asian or Vietameze & that his father was taller than himself by one inch. Duane's height was listed at 6'2" at one time. Jo, As you, I, and everyone else knows, Duane Weber was NOT D.B. Cooper. And it is NOT the FBI who is twisting things but, instead, it is someone posting on this thread. I think someone once said, "The Truth will make you free." Are you "ascared" of being free? Robert99 I know no such thing - In March of 1995 Duane said he was Dan Cooper. In 1979 he took me to WA and he showed the too many things and took me too many places related to Cooper. You could tell he was pensive - but he did NOT discuss Cooper other than one fleeting moment when We were near Lake Lacames and that makes NO sense what so ever with the supposed Dr. Zone unless Cooper hiked a long way to the South of his supposed landing per the FBI. I can see it if he landed near the pipelines and the power lines...and per his comments and the things he showed me. He knew were every power line was and every pipe line was...find one and you will find the other - then it is a matter of walking out without being seen. Remember things were not well populated and developed as you know it today. Then there is the house that used to be on the river Topper Dr., or Lieser Point or Image Dr. A house that was there in 1971 but not there in 1979. NONE of you naysayer sever went to the Vancouver records to search the tax records for those 3 small area. The area was not far from the park...and almost directly across from the PDX. Find the name of that property owner and find the past of Duane L. Weber. Think you might find it is a name that has come up before. I cannot afford to go out there but, some of you live near the area - so what are you afraid of. Jo Weber started posting on the web before I started the 1st thread on the DZ about Weber & Cooper. That one got shot the hell out of & Quade started this one with SPECIFIC rules. Larry Carr hen invaded the DZ. He was exploiting Cooper & himself. Such as when he presented the history of WEBER he left out the most important thing - the Jefferson file & intake photos plus he promoted a background void of the truths. I still have never seen the out-take photos. ONE needs to ask WHY Carr did NOT present that file. Shutter yrs later presented the intake photo - but the out take seems to be lost forever - wonder why? The FBI agent did not last long because his actions were NOT supported by the FBI. The only subject he demeaned was the one who was the primary suspect at that time. His demise was his own undoing...between the FBI, the agent and the moderator. Evidently Carr was acting outside of his auspices with the FBI & was re-assigned. Jo was not responsible for his having to leave, but has been blamed. Carr did this himself. NOTE it took Shutter only a short time in this thread to produce the intake pictures of Weber at Jefferson in 1966 - but NO ONE has BEEN able to locate the OUT-TAKE photos. Had CARR offered up that information he would still be here. Jefferson was the prison the FBI received more than one “Cooper was here” contact. The reports of the 2 local agents who went to Jefferson to interview these informers - conveniently GOT LOST. Yet, other reports from others survived in the files. Note: Weber was incarcerated as John Collins so the FBI was chasing a man that did not exist….by then he was Duane L. Weber again. The suspect from Jefferson went POOF. For the RECORD: Jo was not responsible for the log dam that clogged the thread - that was a man who came here to promote a book so void of facts it was pathetic. The thread started to deteriorate when Georger (aka Jerry Warren) began bickering back & forth with Blevins in an attempt to get him straight on the facts. We built a monster DAM with that & this is when Georger started to get out of hand with his totally off topic postings of useless riddles and songs. Georger was responsible for his own demised - no one else. Now Geo blames those of us who remain for his demise but it was his own rhetoric & useless postings of ridicule … This thread actually helped Blevins, but he never even said Thank You or gave the DZ any acknowledgment. He stayed to PROMOTE, promote, promote! This thread became his podium & we all regret that. Continued to promote a book in the DZ should be out lawed. The repetitions & promotions are why no one wants to come here for any serious discussions. The DZ just walked away & left us to suffocate. Blevins just consumed all of the oxygen and the thread slowly started to die. The only thing holding us together right now - is the hope of survival. I am tired of being suffocated. Go back to a couple of yrs ago when the REAL ID law was being promoted. I use both names. It is a matter of privacy. Not everyone takes the name of their spouse - the world is different than it used to be. When I was single the first time and I told someone my name was Jo Jones - it was "SURE BABY sure - Now what is your real name?". They thought I was giving them a fake name to brush them off. Well, I met one of the BAD apples & he lied. He is quilty of medicare fraud. Then he covers his ass - and also rewriting the medical report to include information not known to him at the time of the incident. He ended up screwing himself....after the Attorney Generals office got wind of it. Nice to have a former governor as a friend & relatives & an old friend who are retired attorneys. We had a governor in our family, but that goes way back - the individual has been deceased for yrs. I believe she was the 1st female governor. None of you know what probems are. I am fighting the battle of my life & you guys are bickering over all of this stuff. Blevins - I know most of your story is contrived, but at least you are nice with your replies. None of you seem to be able to move on at all. You just bicker & repeat the same old things. All I am fighting for right now is to survive ....I could use a set of arms to hold me & tell me everything is going to be alright.... Was just checking in. I never know when I make a post if it will be my last one. This old heart cannot take anymore. I have severe injuries caused by the so call medical system now. Seem as though when a senior needs a minor surgery the Drs. try to turn it in to a major surgery. The Drs do not want to accept the reduced payment Medicare pays now. So the Dr.s want to kill off the old folks...not enough money in it...so they experiement with the eldery. What a Dr. did to me several months ago will now probably make my life useless - or I won't survive the surgeries. Three surgeries and then it is a toss up - which on come first? Arm, gut and heart. Right now I need a pair of arms to hold me tight & to calm my fears. I miss my guys. Duane Weber was D.B.Cooper aka Dan Cooper. Be ASCARED of the truths. There has been too much cover up on the Cooper case - too many secrets. ASK yourself why the FBI has NOT been forthcoming with all of the information & why they allow it to continually be twisted....and allowed the facts to be distorted? I am ASCARD just as Duane was when he jumped that night in 1971. OLE RAG head Bruce should have used his contact with Tina to the best advantage. EX: First hand knowledge of her reaction of certain phrases & words. If Bruce had approached Tina with "I was ascard to knock on your door, but I want to know if you remember what I told you that night in Nov of 1971?" Or - "Thank You for your words of Comfort - I was ascared & I kept my promise to do good ." Or -" I kept your book of stories & used it as I promised." Tina's story is going to come out - you think? Blevins, How could you have known the banker's position on revealing Margie's address UNLESS YOU HAD ASKED HIM? Robert99 I agree with you on this Robert99 - as the proclaimed writer about KC - his records and statements do conflict regarding much of this revolving around Mrs. Geestman. Why would one loose touch with one of his KEY witnesses or contributors to the "facts" he claims were such as told to him. I expect she is deceased as the differences in her pictures indicate she was as I am succumbing to age & the conditions that plague the elderly. I believe she is in CA if she is still alive and in a senior center near her son. That is all my source could find. Because the phone number to an individual who had the same name & appropriate age as her son, we believe that is or was her location...perhaps it is time to search the obits in CA. As for nursing homes - that I can assure you goes NO where. More than likely the family made the decisions for her & the fact the attorney paid the final electric bill (if true) is an even stronger indication of this. I do know a little about matters such as this - simply because I have buried 2 husbands & now the father of my children is deceased as of last wk. So I have out lived 3 husbands & the next obit is mine....as it stands now that is a given. Duane was my second husband & a fantasic father to the daughter who remained with me. She loved him, I believe more than she loved her father....her memories of Duane are all good and positive. Not so Duane was a great father & a good husband I spent the wk end pulling old family photos to be used at the memorial for the father of my daughters...they went out monday. I hope their father found peace & that he has been forgiven for all of his transgression against others. He never told me he was sorry about anything...multiple infidelities. Fidelity is the most important factor in a marriage. Considering the Duane's past, one would expect him to have been the floundering spouse. Duane honored our marriage vows. Every time I read postings by certain individual & now how they twist thing. Let if be known that the new Generation will know nothing, but Myths. Seems like some individuals have to defend themselves by creating myths - to reconstruct this 43 yr old crime. Most of the concepts by certain individual is to twist or redirect the investigation or stall it all together. I have encountered some really twisted things with this & some individuals set on changing the fact regarding Cooper. Attempts to change the facts are the most difficult to over come. Too many wannabe writers and egos involved - for the truth to ever be recognized or acknowledged. I have one wish I would like to come true. Tina and I have lived pararall lives trying to be normal in a world that thinks they can controll the results of happenings. The co-pilot knows that the one thing I want most is to meet with the individuals still surviving that actually saw or assisted Cooper. I have a life to live and so does Tina. Hopefully before I die she & I will meet face to face and when we do - we will know. I am tired of trying to tell individuals the truths and you know Tina did the right thing or someone did it for her - to just start her life over... It is too late for me to start my life over, but if I knew what I know now & had the money - I would have been to WA & I would have done what that girl Marla did about her Uncle. I should have forced the issue in 2000, but I do not like cameras and I freeze up if I see a microphone or a camera. Individuals who left this thread and those who have passed thru - I wish you well, but Weber was Cooper. My words have been twisted by others over the yrs. and these individuals twist the truths, but what is their motive? Why lie about your past & pretend to be someone else...I came to this thread with MY name & I had NOTHING to gain other than hoping to find the information and comfirmation. The comfirmations have been known to me for yrs. But it was my decision to do this and it has worked - except certain other individuals got caught in the Web on Cooper. This is the only site ever to exist that exposed more facts and truths about the case than has ever been known to pass thru one site or book and probably more than the FBI files. Weird concepts stepped in & muddied the waters. Time is slowly robbing me of my memories so I guess the myth makers will win. Remember this about Jo if you remember nothing else. Jo Weber is NOT a liar and she does or did have an excellent memory and no lies have been told by me about Weber/Cooper. We all know when the thread grew I played with the theories and tried to explore the possibilities...but, it always came back to the facts of the case. What is my last wish - to actual meet Tina and to share with her our experience and to show her some things. Yrs ago when I contacted her I did not have the Jefferson composite and the other information I now have. I just want a one on one with her in the comfort of my own home. 365 days in a yr. The letter is dated Nov. 24, 1978. What the fricking hell does that letter have to do with Cooper. Just the date the company acknowedged Kenny because he did not attend an earlier function... I have had such presentations mailed to me when I did not attend the function. I guess some of the things I presented are just as illogically connect as that notification! You STRETCH things that are OBVIOUSLY not connected at all. If you were NOT selling a book or a movie then I might have more interest is connecting the dot....What you are doing makes a good story - but it is fiction built around a suspect. It is individuals who have maintained their GUY was Cooper in the past - who do NOT have the money or means to continue the research....that have been ignore or the FBI did a white wash on. Those seeking financial gain stay in the public with books on line or in print. I have REAL CONVICTIONS & lived with a suspect & the suspect confessed & his history takes him to WA on multiple causes with his hidden Jefferson photo under a name the FBI was NOT looking for in 1971 - match. We are ignored:( Compare the Cooper composite with the picture of Weber as John Collins... THE EYES JUST ARE DEAD ON AND THE MOVEMENT OF THE MOUTH THE WITNESSES EXPLAINED IS OBVIOUS IN THE JEFFERSON PHOTO because of the mouth and chin which is tilted downward and missing teeth. With a cheap prothestic & raising the head to match other composites of Cooper - YOU cannot Deny - closest match ever! NOT one source with the FBI has mention that one specific word ASCARD! Did Cooper use ASCARD in his conversation with Tina? Why does the picture of the little girl from Minnesota - in the Cook Book Duane coveted so much LOOK like Tina? Is that an actual picture of Tina? If the photo in the book is Tina then WHY did Duane have a photo of Tina as a child? Did the FBI hide Tina ALL of these yrs OR did she have to seek the solace of the convent - to have some privacy? I believe it was her only escape & a place she could feel SAFE. Why I believe Tina contacted me. She wanted me to move forward with my life because she saw me as a victim as much as she was. She really didn't want the case be open and cause more intrusion in her life....but then others found her AFTER I did. I hope she does NOT think I shared her information....the only clue I dropped was to Galen and all I said was "Start with her divorce in CA". I did not start in CA with the divorce records - I started with her actual address in 2002 - but NOT one time did I intrude the way Bruce and Galen have done - stipping her of what she built for herself - her image in the area and her career that was satisfying. Now you guys are trying to rip apart a local new article and slam and say awful things about Tina - calling HER a liar - regarding the history made available. Bruce and others - did it EVER OCUR to you guys that there is a LIMIT to the damages you will be allowed to inflict Did Tina get fed up & just want to be left alone - I think so? She wanted her life to Count for Something. She had NO children & her marriage failed. The Cooper incident haunted her and at the same time she turned to GOD and ask him to quide her and to give her strength. the story seeker always contacting her actually put her at jeopardy. These recent vultures on the internet have exposed her & even attack her statement about where she was & when. Hell, I can't get the dates right either - it makes no difference - she nor I are human walking or talking calendars. As for BRUCE he needs to BACK off on the vulgarities regarding Tina and the negative crap...RESPECT HER & her privacy - she deserves that much. Leave her alone & stop over thinking ever word printed or what she is reported as stating. Bruce how many errors have you made getting someone's history correct & this includes your own history? If we are not young & not going around filling out applications for assistance or job applications - hell I would not be able to tell you what yrs I lived where or there or nowhere. OTHERS Like U & Marla & Multiple others have CLOUDED the investigation regarding any investigative methods the FBI could or would have used to close the case. I will add myself to the above list because I know others will pipe in and suggest the same. My story - which I am unable to write, is about a man the I spent 18 yrs with and another 18 yrs trying to understand who this person really was. That is 36 yrs of my life and like Tina I am fed up with this. She has been hounded for 43 yrs - she needs some privacy... Bruce I did not see the photo, but u guys mention she had gained weight. DID IT OCCUR TO YOU that stress causes weight gain and also she has reach that stage in life our body do not produce the hormone to help keep away the wrinkles and the dryness older individual have. Also did you consider depression because you invaded her privacy. Often we resort to eating at a time in our lives due to stress and also there are medication that cause someone in her 60's to gain weight. She is nearing retirement - perhaps that is why she decided to remove the veil. She can retire and disappear again...and I expect that might be the way it will go. She probably has a stress problem caused by your rude ass showing up at her door and then finding you creeps had been taking - photos of her. She is not a movie star that flaunts herself - she is an everyday person & deserves to be left alone. This suspect confessed he was Dan Cooper before he died and he told the person a lot of the details - BUT, she didn't know what he was telling her about. If he said D.B.Cooper - and I had grasp what he meant - the media would have been notified...but while he was in the hospital....my mind did NOT click in the hospital I was staying with him almost 24/7 At that time Dan Cooper and jumping out of plane didn't mean one thing to me. IF he was trying to tell me something just for the hell of it - why did he not spell it out. "I'm D.B. Cooper and I jumped out a 727 on Nov. 24th 1971 - please call a notary or get an officer to the hospital to take my statement". I guess he tried but, I guess I did not get it. I know Jim came to see him - so maybe Jim retrived whatever it was----these two knew each other from some other place - Jim was supposedly a AL officer of law but, do not know what it was. County sheriff or a town sheriff - I just never paided any attention to that. He & Duane were friends & I was ALWAYS working - such is the life of an insurance agent. Thought the real estate might be better - but there are so many unreputable agents it is hard to deal with it and U can get sued at the drop of a hat. This is the SAME man who sat the Tallashasee set-up in 1990 while Duane flew to Omaha, NB with his John Collins drivers license and RETRIEVE the contents of a safe deposit box there. The DAMN FBI refused to check it - they Would have found if he had a box in 1980 and if he closed it prior to May 1, 1990 and he may have paid it forward or moved it. The FBI could have done this a few yrs ago. As it stands the BANK I believe no longer exists and/or changed hands. I expect the box content went to auction & NO one knew what the contents meant. He may also have removed all of the content. The FBI REFUSED to help me in regards to the John Collins AKA when I told them there was an acct in that bank I thought was Duane's. What was left in it was valued at less than 2000. Now if those 20 dollar bills with serial numbers matched the list put out - their value now would be - many times that - it would be a historical find....in 1990 no one was checking 20's! I had to a laugh on this - Ha Ha Ha out loud and then the irony of that hit me & I go balistic..... I did not find out about that box until it was closed & sold...usually if it is money they have an acct they deposit to. Probably nothing unusual about 100 - 20's to them. They probably never looked at the serial numbers - it was just stacks of bills. How many bills did the bank bundle in each band? I do not know the answer to that - was it 100 or 50 or more?
