  1. I am the legal representation for this group and we think the list to be well thought out and full of reason. There are other things that "my clients" want, but we felt that we should not be greedy and ask for "everything". People don't forget to give your DZO a little bit of Hell---- they need it!! Nathan
  2. Like it or not, I fear this is the way of the future- not saying I agree with it. But this is not a new idea- it has been happening for a while. I am a high school teacher in the Houston area. I have taught in 2 very prestigious school districts here and they have both been that way for a while. I do not know of a district in the area that doesn't (not saying there aren't - I just don't know.) A students "Rights" while on campus is a very hazy concept. The schools argument is that it is "not mandatory" only if you want to drive on campus or be involved in extra curricular activities. They see one as "potentially cutting down the amount of drugs on campus in cars and to cut down on athletes using banned substances." If you do not think high school students are using steroids, you are sadly mistaken. Right now the big increase is in the ladies sports believe it or not- it could pay for college. It goes against what I think and my concept of freedom, but I also think that if people don't like it then they should educate their own children so they can make their own rules. The world has rules like it or not...... I Do Not Like it Nathan
  3. I think early on we are all of "two minds"...... all of our senses and logic tell us that what we are doing is not "natural"!! Yet our heart tells us "We just got to make at least ONE more jump!!!!" Training and education are the best things to bring these "two minds" together. I say go after AFF - thatt will show you if this is for you. Welcome Nathan
  4. We all find the things we should when the time is right!
  5. I am really looking forward to this. Getting the points will be fun.... but its the antics after the point is completed that is going to be the real blast!! Nathan
  6. I can not wait until Friday!! Looks like 6 or 8 or 10ish (we will see who doesn't bitch out) of us from Skydive Houston will be there Friday morning. Hope you like Jager SHOTS!!!! Nathan
  7. Team Jager should be showing up with a group (and some Jager) Those that I have talked with and myself are planning on the 18th-21st. You have been warned!! Nathan
  8. we have put the batteries in some kid toys and they go into overdrive if you use 2. If you use 1 and a normal dead(already used) battery they work well. They can fry stuff though LOL Nathan
  9. What an all-around fun event. Great people, great times, and great learning experiences. Thanks a lot to everyone who "made it happen" Nathan
  10. You got that right!! I am really looking forward to this weekend. I am betting that a FUN time will be had by all (except maybe for a few candyasses)!!! LOL Nathan
