  1. Cats (and Chihuahuas) are generally much better than humans at discovering the "num lock" key. This can be especially annoying if you're using a laptop or keyboard with some of the keys having multiple uses. Hitting it a second time (the key, not the cat) will often restore the computer to a useful state. A dolor netus non dui aliquet, sagittis felis sodales, dolor sociis mauris, vel eu libero cras. 3. Awesome idea! For anyone else who likes this idea, you can often find rubber shoe soles (with tread) made to glue on the bottom of shoes at shoe repair stores. I got a pair (big enough for two pairs of booties) for $20. They're probably 1/8-3/16 thick, so no worries about walking funning with them on. I'm IC on my team, so I enjoy the added traction over leather or cordura when hanging outside. A dolor netus non dui aliquet, sagittis felis sodales, dolor sociis mauris, vel eu libero cras. 4. Any progress pics on the pond? The SDS website says it's still under construction. A dolor netus non dui aliquet, sagittis felis sodales, dolor sociis mauris, vel eu libero cras. Interdum at. Eget habitasse elementum est.
  5. Thanks for the correction Cookie, The Gas that I did look at appeared to only have 3d0 in the crown, but perhaps I wasn't looking closely enough. Has it always had the coverage it currently does? Regardless, with the correction you've given, the flip up Gas is back to the top of my list of helmets to consider. Thanks again and my apologies for the misunderstanding. -bryan A dolor netus non dui aliquet, sagittis felis sodales, dolor sociis mauris, vel eu libero cras. Interdum at. 6. While I can see how this might seem shifty at first glance, flights should still be reimbursed regardless of how they're paid for. Just because there isn't a transfer of cash doesn't mean they're not being paid for with some other valuable good such as frequent flier miles or a spouse's earned compensation. 8. I was imagining him dropping the data plan after deciding it wasn't worth it rather than buying a phone with the intent of not using all it's features from the get go. 9. I'm a verizon smartphone user (posting this from my droid in bed) and I would suggest two things. Spend a month or so trying to take note of things where having a smart phone would be helpful. For me it's things like checking prices in stores against the competition, checking reviews, looking up directions, finding phone numbers without having to call 411, etc. I'm sure you could think of a bunch of things. I'm constntly having to remind myself of the fact that I can look stuff up. Take note of how much this happens, and how useful it would be to you to be able to use your phone too look things up. If you've decided that this would be useful to you, don't forget that you have the option of buying smaller data plans. You can always start out on something short of the unlimited plan and then upgrade if you go over. Verizon has always been good to me about changing plans mid contract (without renewing) and retroactively applying the coverage to cancel out any overage charges. A third thing to think about is that you can still get a lot of use out of many smartphones without a data plan. Wifi connections are useful in this case, and you can always use it as a dumb phone if you get tired of the bill. Hope this helps. Feel free to PM me if you have and further questions. 10. I was pretty keen on getting a gas until I noticed that the 3d0 was only on the top of the helmet. It seems like that offers a limited amount of additional protection; not quite enough to justify switching just yet. 11. 1.. Rent out Suppenkuche for an evening and treat my closest friends. 2. Put myself and GF through school 3. Buy a sensibly priced house 4. Knee surgery for my dog 5. Hire my step-mother as a financial advisor for the rest. If possible to do while remaining fiscally responsible: 1. Jump my ass off for a month straight 2. Incubate my own company of some sort, likely a toy company/special effects house 3. Finance/produce/write/direct a film or two A dolor netus non dui aliquet, sagittis felis sodales, dolor sociis mauris, vel eu libero cras. Interdum at. Eget habitasse elementum est.

  13. The booties and grippers were both a noticeable improvement over my previous suit (a comp suit from another manufacturer). A dolor netus non dui aliquet, sagittis felis sodales, dolor sociis mauris, vel eu libero cras. Interdum at. Eget habitasse elementum est.
  14. my wife makes suits, and I've talked to a lot of pros on suits vents, cords, afterburners = dumb gimmicks - if the bootie is sized well and fitted correctly, you don't need special junk down there full and large gripper set, cordura booties (the biggest they have), good fit, no bootie zippers (also known as stress points), no gimmicks, etc knee pads, cordura elsewhere, liners, etc - your preference. This type of stuff is about comfort and wear.... do a search here on RW suits - there's about 8 million of them Pit Special - Having seen a lot of repairs and resizes on Tony's suits through my wife's biz, I think Tony has great leather that he uses in his booties - in general, these are decent suits I'll pretty much echo everything Rehmwa said and add that I'm happy with my MegaXL booties. I't *seems* like you get a teeny bit more bootie than the normal version, and the elastic chord makes them easier to put on/off. You do have to adjust the cord when you first get them to make sure they're tight enough but not too tight. On the down-side, you should put shoe-goo or something else to protect the cordura as they will eventually wear out (I put mine on when loading the plane and as soon as I land/under canopy). Secondly, though not specified on the order form, you can get cordura grippers. I like mine. Extra pockets are always fun. 15. an old standby at the local tunnel is left doughnut, right doughnut, compress, phalanx, with the center of the compress/phalanx rotating between jumpers. you can also always do missing man 4ways from the random pool (or blocks, if you're game).
