This is definitely not a beginner move since you lose a considerable amount of control when stalled. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

So what exactly is full flight? "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

The only people I've known to flip through the risers did it because they deployed head low ... not because they deployed in full flight. If you want to deploy in full flight (and not get spanked) then do it when you've bled off most of your horizontal speed after a flair. IMO flairing and bleeding off most of your horizontal speed doesn't count as "full flight", any more than flying a canopy in brakes counts as "full flight". Semantics ... Deployment should be at some point after additional horizontal speed from flair is bled off and no horizontal speed remains. The method I described loses the least amount of altitude while still minimizing the risk of a hard opening. Do you have a problem with this method besides semantics? "That looks dangerous." Unless something has changed recently this is not correct. The stamped A card expires after one year ... I would know. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

F**k, my colors are becoming popular. Just make sure to fly fast ... "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

First, I believe in learning to fly while wearing a small wingsuit. Second, I agree that line twists are not necessarily because of the wingsuit. I would make a flight with him and watch (or film if possible) his deployment. Third, I try not to make repeated flights with people who don't listen ... if you avoid him (and the majority of other local wingsuiters avoid him) then it sends a message to the S&TA or DZO that he is not a part of the local community. If you're wondering who to rob ... ... for stealing billions from cities and small towns. .. for stealing millions from companies. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

Keep trolling. If you're not trolling ... are you suggesting that if the government left the mafia alone that society would have corrected for it? "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

Actually training prior to first flight ... very cool. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

Are you stating that the broker telling the bidder that "... you're about a nickel short" to inform the bidder that they were 0.05 percent below the winning bid or "... you're about a dime high" to inform the bidder that they were 0.1 percent above the winning bid was not the same as showing bids? no i am not really saying that because that is not what they are saying. Considering the testimony, conviction, and fines it appears that is exactly what they were saying ... "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

Did you even bother to read any of the links? This thread is about banks bid-rigging, fixing interest rates, etc... A completely different topic than who is at fault for giving and taking loans ... "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

The broker was not allowed to disclose competing bids. Thus using code (or as you suggest, common jargon) such as "... you're about a nickel short" or "... you're about a dime high" to let the competition know that their bid was too low or high so that they could adjust it and win the bid with the minimum required amount was a crime (hence the convictions and fines). Considering how many people are losing or earning at or below inflation along with the potential collapse I have to wonder whether anyone will be able to retire one day ... "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

According to this it's possible that banks like Citigroup, Bank of America, JP Morgan, etc... speed the demise of Lehman Brothers (and Bear Stearns) to remove competition ... they may not have thrived during that period but it's unlikely that they wouldn't have survived. With all of these reviews I'm tempted to try an S-Bird. Just purchased a Ghost because I spend most of my time on my back and the Ghost is made for backflying ... Quick question, with the airlocks closed, how difficult is collapsing the wings to pull? I remember you stating that the Apache is almost impossible. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

modding Wingsuit smaller armwings relative to leg wing?
Butters replied to 5.samadhi's topic in Wing Suit Flying
I've flown a Vampire 3, Stealth 2, and Ghost 3 and never had the fabric obscure the pull. You're problem isn't the suit, it's the fact that you don't have the skills to fly the suit. This quote ... ... shows your lack of knowledge and experience. PS: It's funny that you bought a larger wingsuit and now want to turn it into a smaller wingsuit. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch
