Hi All! The past few jumps I've made I've tried getting into a head down position, which turns out to be a seemingly easy belly fly or back fly instead. I'm typically RW or back fly, so this is a new area for me. How do you get into this position - and from what position do you start? Is there an exit that is helpful for this position?
