  2. I voted 'Yes'. For the bottle-opener mounted on the side of the tiki-bar. Operate that one a few times - then you can go relieve yourself. So who are the other to people of questionable intelligence that voted yes? Come on lets hear your defense.
  3. Ask your doctor... Other than that you may not need them anymore if you get hooked!!!
  4. First post says vigil fired... 1) i have a hard time believing the fall rate of the rig alone would trigger the vigil (could be completely wrong about this but...) 2) If he was in the harness when the vigil fired i don't see it traveling that far and I would think people on the ground would notice a rig falling under canopy without a passenger? On second thought, with minimal wing-loading its' decent would be extremely low, so half mile totally possible BUT those on the ground would certainly notice.... We are missing a lot of pieces of the puzzle here
  5. So does this mean I can keep my shoes and belt in airport security. And that I wont be getting groped by TSA agents anymore? If not what good is this victory really?

  8. Did all of my AFF in two days, didn't really have time to get nervous or scared... Jumps 9-15 or so though were terrifying. First jump of the day was always the worst, until i exited that is and all the worries went away... 60 seconds of the most fun a person can have!!!
  9. http://www.ripxx.com/home.php Anybody got any experiance with one of these... 10 data points per second. Sounds promising for flight tracking. And the G force info could be pretty interesting.

  11. I was lead to believe that since a skydiver has no FAA license that any an ALL violations the FAA may find are the responsibility of the pilot. For example if my reserve is out of date and the pilot allows me on the jump plane, its the pilot that gets sanctioned.
  12. Relax and remember to breath and smile... The arch will follow.
  13. This is only because all kiwi's are covered by ACC. And you bouncing costs taxpayers money. Definity not required at mine, but they are on all tandem and student rigs.
