    I had the same problem with my new wings. I sent it back to wings and and asked them to look at it and tell me if there was a problem with the rig or if I was just crazy. They measured it to make sure it was all ok and then repacked the main and reserve. It turned out that the pack jobs were a bit loose. and The loop was long. Rogers Stack
