  1. Hi, When I was a kid I spent all my weekends on a DZ , back then (1970s) one of the guys who used 2 pilot chutes had a nasty malfunction. One of the pilot chute bridles caught around his neck! The force of the 2 pilot chutes pulling against each other meant he could not free himself from what became a horse-shoe mal. He pulled his reserve and it went up into the mess.He lived but broke a lot of bones and spent many months in the hospital.he came back jumping after a few years and continued for many more .After this incident twin pilot chutes were banned in Ireland and most jumpers got a "hotdog" or equivalent.
  2. Thank You,Billy.I will keep trying for a Lightning I guess. Has anybody out there used an Eagle 7 cell for CReW?Or even seen one being used ,they seem to be a rare sight.
  3. Hi, I have been looking for a good used Lightning 160 for about 6 months now,so far no joy,but there is an NAA Eagle 160 zero porosity set up for CReW for sale at the moment, any ideas on how compatable this will be with Lightnings...also why so few used Lightnings available... Congratulations to all on the 100 way,it was BEAUTIFUL
