What if people went to the valley and told everyone every day that they were going to BASE jump off of El Cap that night. Surely word will make it back to the NPS and they camped out low to catch them but they were never seen(because they never jumped) AND did this every day for as long as it took to wear them down. Eventualy do you think they will stop camping out? At least for a while? "Don't keep your pilot chute a secret"

Man, So much goes thru your head, trying to remember to do all of your TLO's "CORRECTLY", keeping your eye on that Altimeter, keeping your other eye on both jump masters hand signals, your other eye on the ground, your other eye on absolutly nothing, your other eye on something that you will forget, and your other eye on something else that you will forget about also! There # is listed on this site under Dropzones. They will give you an excact price, and you DO NOT PAY untill after you jump, no rental fees, the harness, the rig, the goggles, the jump suit, and hell, they even throw in the tandem master for free! This is my first "home" DZ. Great staff, great pilots, great owners, great view of the Smoky Mountains, and great times!!! There is a new building going up right now, pic-nic tables in the shade, packing in the shade, (indoor packing coming soon!)

Do what I did... ....I just watched hundreds of landings on skydivingmovies.com NO, really, it works!!! JUST KIDDING!!!! My AFFI made us walk out to the DZ and watch the other jumpers land. We watched them from the time they opened to the time they landed. It helped alot. Especially watching the ones that flared to high. Go and watch!!! Good Luck!
