  1. I think what itsdevlin meant by that is if you have to think through an order of operations in order to get out of a situation instead of actively flying yourself out of said situation, it's just not time yet. But that's just how I understood it and I could be way off. that being said, I did my first 3 jumps on an ATC yesterday and was really happy with it. I was flying with a funk, havok carve, and a swift 2. The ATC has a naturally higher speed on its belly than any of the other suits I was with, but on it's back it was noticeably slower than on its belly, even at the same pitch angle. It was very comfortable to fly on its back, with no tail flutter or loss of pressurization during the transition. It felt like the internal pressure on both the arm wings and tail wing remained constant in either orientation. While on its back the swift 2 kept up pretty easily without me needing to consciously adjust speed. on it's belly it was very stable in a dive with zero dihedral, responsive in turns without any sliding, and the flare was much more powerful than I would have expected from a suit in this class. my initial reaction was that it felt like what I imagine my swift2 would feel like if I lost 40 pounds. meaning, I really liked it. I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. Taunting; when all of your appeals were declined.
  2. I've done a solid handful (around 75) on them. I currently have a 150 in my mirage MX built for up to a 107; that being said, I don't think I could go any bigger, it's pretty full. openings are stress free and super comfortable, but don't eat up tons of altitude. It really isn't boring to fly at all, It's not built to win swoop comps, but it definitely likes speed and will carry it well. The getting back from long spots thing is for real. It's got glide when it counts. It's a predictable wing with great openings and you can seriously land it wherever you want, it's very easy to be accurate with it. I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. Taunting; when all of your appeals were declined.
  3. maybe not right away (since you mention you are uncurrent) but maybe once you are at the point where you are comfortable on a similarly sized canopy, why not a sabre 2 170? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25aExv7YDYg I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. Taunting; when all of your appeals were declined.
  4. from 1986 short circuit "California, Florida, whatever. Either way, your pale ass is getting a tan." I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. Taunting; when all of your appeals were declined.
  5. so i really wanted to keep my teeth after my surgery, and under the influence of whatever drugs the doc gave me i begged the dentists to let me. they still said no. so my dad who drove me there, stole them then ran out the door, leaving me to wait for my girlfriend to come pick me up, went home, and fell asleep with ice on one side of my face, and the result is in the attached picture I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. Taunting; when all of your appeals were declined.
  6. I'm looking at the pictures of the hybrid helmets, and it seems there a lot of what seems to be "unforgiving" areas where the soft bumper simply is not there (i.e. anywhere that isn't directly down the center line) how much extra would it cost to just pad the entire outside? think along the lines of a hard helmet wearing a frappe hat. I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. Taunting; when all of your appeals were declined.
  7. Jeb's gunna be PISSED haha I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. Taunting; when all of your appeals were declined.
  8. i don't smoke, but I think it should be legalized. It could be like ETOH, have a minimum age and same DUI (DWI) punishment. Even raise some tax dollars on its own. I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. Taunting; when all of your appeals were declined.
  9. i was 6 years old when that came out. THAT was when i knew i would be skydiving later on. dorky i know. but the fact that it wasnt on the list kinda mad me angry. haha I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. Taunting; when all of your appeals were declined.
  10. sorry to say that i have no useful info on said canopy, but i will vouch for serg. we've dealt with each other before and he is an extremely honest guy. good luck man. I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. Taunting; when all of your appeals were declined.
  11. i just checked, its down for me too. I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. Taunting; when all of your appeals were declined.
  12. suzuki bandit 1250. this was on a short weekend road trip. But I cant talk about how things "used to be" though, im pretty new. I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. Taunting; when all of your appeals were declined.
  13. i thought about getting a pocket slider made. I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. Taunting; when all of your appeals were declined.
  14. i definitely agree with your rolling the nose advice. i own a sabre 1 150. and yes, ive been slammed, but with a properly rolled nose and tail they can open pretty good. to the OP, i found a dirt cheap complete too ($400 for everything + extras) had it checked out, and i am happily still jumping more often because i dont have to pay for rentals anymore. I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. Taunting; when all of your appeals were declined.
  15. after being repeatedly screwed over by fifth third bank i said fuck it, closed my account and opened one at BOA and couldnt be happier. i too have had no problems with any of their services or being charged any sort of fee. as for insurance, id definitely recommend geico. they're great with customer service and they recently added renters onto their list of services offered. they have always been very helpful when ive dealt with them for policy changes and such. I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. Taunting; when all of your appeals were declined.
