I've not read every reply to this vid yet but its scary as hell. One question that comes to my mind, well lots of questions but they are all answered, how far off the spot were the last two out of the plane? I would have to write a book. One quick incident tho. I wake from a sound sleep and she is standing over me with an honest to goodness 2 foot long hari kari knife raised over her head. No shit. Thought I was gonna die. She brings it down smack across by belly with the flat edge and raises the biggest fuckin welt you ever seen. Then she says something like "did that get your attention?" Uh yea, now watch my asshole and elbows. She was enventually charged and convicted of assault and buglery againt a friend of mine that did not heed my advise and started dating her after I kicked her to the curb. Hi Steve, hows it going. I'm with you. I wish T.L. would start jumping again too. Although I did not know that he had another daughter at home. I can understand his reasoning tho. But you are right, skydiving is good for the soul. I think it would be good for him. On a lighter note, we have done a few loads in Hamilton recently and will be doing some more when the weather allows. We were shooting for this weekend but the plane is in for its annual so maybe next weekend. I know its a long drive for you but it would be great to see you. If not we will see you in the spring. I bought a Bonehead Rat Hat last spring after using a pro tek for most of my short jumping career. I'm not saying that a $200 brainbucket is any better than a $50 one but I do know that on my second jump with my brand new shiny Rat Hat I had to do a down wind landing in aprox 17 mph winds. When I quit rolling and was able to get back to my feet there were some very nasty gouges and scrapes in my new helmet. The first thing that went thru my head was FUCK, lookit my new helmet. Then I realized that it could've been my head bouncin off the rocks in that cow pasture. I fought the Legislation in my state against the mandatory helmet law for years. (We still don't have one.) But the older I get the more I think it's not such a bad idea. I guess I just didn't like politicians telling me what was good for me. I still ride my Harley most of the time w/out a helmet and maybe I'm a hypocrite, but I wont jump without one. I may be getting old but I got to see all the cool bands.

The RM 250 has a helluva lot of poop. I had 75 RM 250 when I was 16 yrs old and it was more than I could really handle at the time but I rode it to the extreme anyway. Be carefull not to hurt yourself. A couple yrs ago I rode a friends Yamaha 360 and scared the shit outa myself. 6 gears, water cooled. More power than I needed. I think I'll stick with the open hiway and my Harley. I may be getting old but I got to see all the cool bands.

Great info. I will be doing some chopper jumps starting in May and was going to ask some of these same questions. Turns out that my dentist has and flies 2 choppers. Not sure what as of yet, but 5 and 7 passenger. Is there any other pertinant info that I should. get for him as I don't believe that he has ever dropped jumpers from the helicopters before.
