I have gout; so far just in my toes but the attacks have been increasing in intensity. I have not done a lot of research on the subject so thanks for the advice. Eating the good foods is a lot easier than not eating the bad ones, especially the bit about alcohol and mushrooms.

watch out for kidney stones if you have gout.......;)

It's rare for have kidney stones for gout users.... plus kidney failures too. Still rare for it.

I have it on top of foot, not toes. It's reducing now. If you eat right foods like I recommend. It will give chance less and stop gout attacks. :)

  6. I'm wonderin' if anyone had suffer of gout? Yes I do have, some of you know I have it. But I have got it biggest better. Gout is not curable by medience and help by treatment but curable by eat right foods. What I have eat right foods is:

Fresh cherries, strawberries, blueberries, and other red-blue berries
    Bananas
    Celery
    Tomatoes
Vegetables including kale, cabbage, parsley, green-leafy vegetables
    Foods high in bromelain (pineapple)
Foods high in vitamin C (red cabbage, red bell peppers, tangerines, mandarins, oranges, potatoes)
Drink fruit juices and purified water (8 glasses of water per day)
    Low-fat dairy products
Complex carbohydrates (breads, cereals, pasta, rice, as well as aforementioned vegetables and fruits)
    Chocolate, cocoa
    Coffee, tea (non-sugar)
    Carbonated beverages
Essential fatty acids (tuna and salmon, flaxseed, nuts, seeds)
Tofu, although a legume and made from soybeans, may be a better choice than meat

It's help to reduce uric acid bloods.

It's not recommended to eat when you have gout as Purine-Rich Foods.

    Beer, other alcoholic beverages.
Anchovies, sardines in oil, fish roes, herring.
    Yeast.
    Organ meat (liver, kidneys, sweetbreads)

Kerry's fine...nothing major. Simple hard landing with no PLF.

Glad to hear he'll be okay. How did it happen? Squirrelly winds, brain lock, etc?

I saw it all before load on bus. He were like half flare before full flare and hit so hard with butt-landing then flips. I was like oh damn, it must be hurt somehow he were hurt! That's why I perfer landing in wayyyy back instead closer to hangar because in wayyyy back have one direction of wind than crosswinds near hangar.

It isn't about contest for jump at 30k. It's about expriences. I really want try more than 30k, no matter what it's coldest. I jumped once -10 degree with Billy Vance at The Farm last year in 14,000 ft. It damn hurt my fingertips since not wore gloves! :)

  20. While I read police reports in newspaper. It's laughed my ass off! Look what it say as exactly words from newspaper.

    From Effingham County Sheriff's Office:

"Deputies responded to a Sandhill Road residence for domestic dispute. The woman there told them that she and her boyfriend had gotten into an argument over how to spell the word "Who." (Or maybe it was"Hoo" as in Boo Hoo Hoo. Or "Woe" as in Woe Is Me. Or "Whoa" as in Whoa Boy! Stop This Thing!)"
