if you're rolling something solid..... definatly slider off. way too likely to get an off heading slider up. don't worry about swinging back into the building, just push off real hard. Look.... Not that I even live there right now but regardless of the ramafications i'll jump there again. Honestly in NYC, this law doesnt make that much difference. As it stands now a building jump in manhatten nets you 3 felonys w/a bust. Usual charges, but everything in the 5 borroughs is a felony after the patriot act. so what's a fourth at that point....? You know what the funniest part is.....? Brooklyn ain't got shit for objects. The couple that may have been done aren't done nearly as often as neighboring burroughs. And Nick........ But here in NY, generally the biggest shit talker of the night (we all take turns being him) would pca the first two and then follow hand held. this way no one deals with windy messy bridals or snagged pc's on the object. i forget the model # or name.... but it is the full face down hill mtb. not the top of line with the light weight carbon fiber shell, as that one seemed more apt to split on the first hit (although it would absorb more impact doing that). I got the next step down since the core and shell seem to be able to take multiple hits. kind of like we might experience sliding down the face of a B w/ledges or rolling through a tallus field. They offer one for motocross that is snell and ansi rated, but i was concerned w/the weight, and how far the jaw piece protruded..... anyone jumping a motocross helmet?...... how's your neck?
