Not the Out, the IN has such configuration with a flap on which the cutter is installed. We have performed some testing and even with a jamed loop the pilot chute force is strong enough to pull the whole thing and break the remain loop. On the 10 tests we have made all were successfull. I think all of you forgot one point. Canopies and H/C assemblies must meet the AS/8015B and mainly paragraph 5.1. One example,no Optimum has been tested in our Advance rig and I thing none in Sun-Path, UPT, Velocity Sport rigs and others. Paragraph 5.1 is the key, manufacturers MUST perform the tests and have a proof of them. Who does and who did, none....
