  1. I'm back home now and I just can't get it out of my head.....it rocked!! I loved it and I'll deffinately be going back to finish my aff and get liscensed. I jumped a mt-1xx military rig and had to jump without a jumpsuit. I had a little trouble standing in the door (it was a super otter), but next time they told me to just stand outside instead of in the door since I'm so tall. The jump went very well and I did all my objectives, but I do need to work on keeping my legs down....but I passed and will be making my AFF 2 jump in 3 weeks. I would have done it today, but a friend of mine had a very hard landing (he flared on his landing when he was told to, but at the same time a wind gust pushed him up and stalled his canopy and he fell like 20 feet ringht on his ass) and we decided to leave after everyone jumped once. (my landing wasn't too pretty either, I kinda did a slide thing through a mud puddle with my legs apart and got a dirt enema ) Even he said he would be back though.....it's almost like a drug....without the bad shit.... Later, Blake (I have pics on my home page if anyone wants to check it out....)
  2. I'm heading out to the DZ....WOOOOOMUTHAFUCKINHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
  3. I have no aversion at all to letting women try to climb me....shit, I might even print up some tickets I'm feeling all excited and nervous and excited and happy and excited and I can't wait.... WHat does one wear to jump out of an airplane?
  4. So I'm finally going to actually go skydiving for the first time. I'm lucky in that I live about an hour and a half from Gold Coast Skydivers and they actually have a rig big enough for someone my size to jump with (I'm 6'7" and 315lbs) so I am starting my AFF training this sunday along with two other friends....I can't wait!
  5. Went out to gold coast this weekend...too windy to jump, but they do have a nice big rig for me!!! Gonna start training next month!
  6. Okay, I'm a big dude, 6'7" 300 lbs. I want to get into skydiving and after reading some on this forum, I realize, my best hope is to get a rig of my own since I doubt ant DZ around me will have a rental rig to suit my hughness. I need some advice on where to look and what to get. It would be awsome to find something used, but I know that is a long shot. And advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Blake
