I learned to cook by watching my mother. She was a stay at home mom and the MOST fantastic unofficial chef on the planet. I love to cook--absolutely love it--more than I love to eat. I love to see people enjoying the food that I make. I am actually better at baking than cooking. For me, cooking is an art and also like chemistry. It's all about balancing the flavors--I rarely use recipes when I am cooking, so if I use say 8 potatoes to make mashed potatoes, I think okay how much butter would I use for 1 and mult it by 8. BIG RULE--NEVER DOUBLE/TRIPLE the amount of salt in any recipe--its not necessary and you will make it too salty!

I received my King Size mattress on Tuesday from the Mattress King--had the deluxe version--oooh mixed with casmere. I LOVE IT I LOVE IT I LOVE IT!!!!! I feel like an angel sleepin on a cloud!! Anywho I got a SWEET DEAL on it-- drum roll please... $999.00 (w. the casmere)... $899.00 (if you got it w/o) I live in ATL, and rec'd the mattress from the Mattress King on Roswell Road.

I actually jump an infinity container right now, but it is getting up there in age--the riser covers sometimes pop out. I am ready to get a new custom container and just wanted to get an idea of who was happy with their stuff.

The week from hell you say?!!?! How bout my week started with a root canal retreat that was infected beyond belief (GROSS!) and this week has yet to end--and yesterday, I rear ended some dude in a truck. It sucked!
