  1. Which one do you have on your wall the teamwork one or the stupid people in large groups?
  2. Yer, you boys really should pay for your advertising like everyone else. Not just make up nonexistent students.
  3. Amazing photo, what a lovely thing to do for your friend.
  4. The Dornia G92 is a great skydiving plane but the let has something special about it. Maybe its the onboard toilets and proper aircraft door! Gotta love opening a real aircraft door at 13,000. Also the door is so big you could run from one end of the aircraft and launch yourself all in one motion.
  5. These are things we all should know before we start to jump.
  6. Years ago before i got into skydiving i met an old german guy who told me a tale. He served as a pilot in the war. There was 6 crew abaord his plane when it was shot down. The plane caught on fire and the other five jumped with parachutes to safety. Hans then guilded the plane for as long as he could before he had to make a decision burn to death or jump without a parachute. He decided to jump (wouldnt we all?) He landed in a few inches of snow and servived terminal impact with many many broken bones. My question is, is there any other cases known of people serviving terminal impacts? I know this sounds like a big pile of BS but i promise its not.
  7. Does the uspa not have canopy handling qualifications like we do in the bpa? You have to have your CH1 to get your A and CH2 to get your B licence. They are quite indepth.
  8. No, i didnt downsize yet. I am going to do a canopy course first. I had an interesting landing in Eloy that could have been painfull if i had decided to downsize. In a few weeks i will have a beautiful Wings, spectre 170. smart, cypres2 system coming up for sale its a year old with 130 jumps on it lovely colours. Would suit you from what i have heard (but ask an adult.) Good luck what ever you decide.
  9. Force to accelerate m * g where m is the weight, g ~ 10 m/s^2 force equlas to it: r * A * v ^2 where r is coming from the shape, A is the area and v is the speed. When a jumper reach terminal velocity m * g = r * A * v ^ 2 Well, that cleared that up then.
  10. If only i had not listened at school!!
