  5. SpeedRacer, there is no other state that has women like Texas women! Once you get here to Texas you'll ask yourself... "What took me so long?" Where else can you jump in the middle of January and not freeze your n**saq off?

  9. Oh ok, I was mistaken then... My Bad! I was thinking "turbine" might have been like a wind tunnel thingie. Ya know where you go and they blow you up in the air and you can practice your FF moves and stuff..

    I wouldn't trade Houston for anything in the world!! I've lived in many different countries {Not for more then 8months to a yr} I always and I mean always pine for Houston!!

  15. I'm not worried about her. She has actually comented about wanting to Tandem. She is just waiting for me to complete the course and get off student status. But, can you imagine our bank account when she decides to jump? *contemplates starting a hobby as a bank robber* hmmmmmmmm interesting....:D

  17. LOL nice one guys. I just wanted to comfirm that my idea of spending 4 days + the weekend at the DZ wasn't nutzo. Yea think you could come convinve my mate {she's a whuffo} of this idea. She thinks we need to travel to her parents for Thanksgiving. I enjoy eating but I would gladly give it up for a few minutes of freefall time!!

  19. Well I'm onto my second AFP jump this weekend! Gunna shoot for 3 jumps total... I'll be broke by Monday. I swear I'm gunna have to get a second job. This sport is more addictive then CRACK and trust me I've tried it {J/k} hahahaha...

  21. Ok I'm new here as you can probably tell. Just need a point in the right direction so I don't look so stupid!
    I'm even new to the sport. A friend in the bar asked if I wanted to jump outa an air plane. my answer was "WHEN??" So I'm now going through AFP Training in Houston. http://www.skydivespaceland.com is my DZ check it out. Well I guess I'll cruise on and hope someone answers me.. Love to hear from ya'll {Yes I'm Texan :p~}
