  1. You know, that could be really fun, great way to see NYC from a different perspective. Bad thing is I'm done I tell you, done with triathlons!! We'll see. That is a good time goal Peter. You can do it. I remember seeing your swim time last time you did this one. Totally unfair. I just did my only tri this year last weekend and managed a 25:30 1500m swim. If there was a current no one could tell. Anyway. Do great Peter!!! Have fun! Skymama's #2 stalker -

  4. Oh you would get sleep Wow, hmmm well i think swimming is your best bet, but you said you were not the greatest so....... Best advice, besides well..... ummm what was i gonna say? oh yeah cut out as much sugar as you can until your ankles allow you to do something more aerobic. Skymama's #2 stalker -
  5. i can help you with sleep too hehehe Yeah, ankle injuries can really put you out, I know mine was jacked earlier this year and I was trying to train for a triathlon. I put in a lot of time at the pool to stay in shape. I know it's not easy to find a pool, but it could be worth your time. you could also try a bike. Actually a bike would help the area you are concerned about. Depends on how jacked your ankle is though. Skymama's #2 stalker -
  6. I'm not a trainer but I did stay at a holiday inn once. umm the went right over you head i think. I actually could help you lose weight as I do have some experience is such field. Since your ankle is jacked? Can you swim? regularly? Skymama's #2 stalker -

  12. I'm with you on this. At first i thought, hmmm catchy tune, now I think turn this shit off. anyone else hear in the chorus pa pa pa pa pa pa pokerface pa pa pa pa pa pa fuckher face listen next time, the first time there is a distint "O" sound. The second time there is a distinct "uck" sound, no one can argue that what is said is not different than the first time it is said. but britney spears can't say If you seek amy?? give me a fuggin break. 13. Ah...well I would say it's trying to start then. Once started, it runs ok....it kind of has that low chug, chug, chug sound but it doesn't turn off. Well, it hasn't yet! I'm still thinking fuel then. I am no mechanic, and I did not stay in a holday inn express last night. However i'm gonna say fuel or spark plugs are suspect here. You could possibly even have a bad o2 sensor, but that would probably cause the check engine light to come on. If it runs once you get it started, I'd say deal with it till your mechanic gets back. As long as the thing has oil in it and the engine light isn't on, and it's not over heating, I'd lean towards you are ok. I would drive it as little as possible till the mechanic could look at it though. Hi skymama!!!! Skymama's #2 stalker -
  14. You know I didn't read all the responses but I'll just add this. The average american gains 3-5 pounds of weight a year. So at age 18 you could weight 160 and then at age 28 you could now be 210. 10 years of weight gain will not come off overnight. The good news is it doesn't take 10 years at least. However, it does take a very long time, and most people stop trying after 2 months when it becomes "hard" to lose weight. It's all about prevention and paying attention. Neither of which is happening in most cases. Skymama's #2 stalker -
  15. I right now only have two cards that i'm using. One is with Capital One and the other with Discover. I don't much care for Discover for some reason. I get reward points with Capital One but to tell you the truth the dollar value on them is ridic. I think I've accumulated close to 20,000 points and it might get me about $200 in merchandise. So that is 1% back. Lame. But better than nothing. I've never had a problem with Capital One. They have some option these days to customize your card. I've not taken advantage of it. But if I understand correctly, you can get a lower interest rate in return for say less reward points given. Or you can get more reward points but have a higher interest rate. At least I think that is the jest of some of it. Skymama's #2 stalker -
  16. all I can say is stay away from any card that has CHASE bank associated with it. Far far away. Skymama's #2 stalker -
  17. Everybody can do that, but can you stick it out about half an inch, roll it into a "pipe" and make it whistle? If any proof should be necessary, I can upload it to youtube I don't think that is what the girls are looking for Skymama's #2 stalker -

  22. Yeah, I'm in for this definitely. If everything goes right for me I see me having a chance at being on the record. This is after more than a few trips down to Deland to play with Carl's group this fall/winter. Thanks to who ever made this possible!!!! Skymama's #2 stalker -
  23. Go get yourself a swim instructor/coach. You don't need to have one forever, but get one for 1 or 2 times a week for maybe a month. It will make a huge difference. Open water swimming is not easy, nothing like a pool at all. I'm not semi pro, but I've done 9 triathlons. 8 sprints, 1 olympic. I'm gonna stress that you get help with the swimming and definitely do the swims you spoke of. You have a year, and I can tell you that the more you swim between now and then the better. That's all I've got for you really. Have fun and good luck!! Skymama's #2 stalker -
