  1. I'm back to my normal workouts again and spicing them up with the help of Men's Fitness mag. I have started jump-roping again and playing that helps and I love it. I talked to a few of the trainers at my gym as we had free body fat testing again 2 weeks ago and we compared it to my results from december. They told me that I was so concerned about losing weight, that I'm not really looking at my BF%, Fat Free Mass vs. Fat mass and such. Looks like I've been losing body fat (as my %'s have gone down in all of my extremities) but that that lost body fat gets turned to muscle. So even though it may not show me losing weight, doesn't meant that I'm not losing body fat. Which makes least to me.... From my readings that day. I am down to 18.3% from 21.2%. My Fat Free Mass is 212 lbs and I have 38 lbs of fat on me... So its getting better and thats what I like to see.... Puttin' some stank on it. ----Hellfish #707----
  2. Report a complaint with the BBB. I went through the same thing with an online store when I ordered a TV stand and it never came. After emails and phone calls to the company, I put in a complain to the BBB. They took it and give it to the company and gave them 3 weeks to respond. On the last day of the 3 weeks, I got my money back and it was deposited into my account.
  3. I skipped the gym this weekend and yesterday due to work/st. patty's day....sooooo we're gonna start fresh today....can't wait, my body wants it
  4. Just got back from my cruise yesterday.... Didn't overeat (except for a few late night pizza runs) and ate pretty well according to my diet. (I did enjoy lobster, steak and shrimp on numerous occasions). I also kept true to my workout and still worked out 4x during the trip....its easy when there was a lull during the day when nothing was going on and my friends too naps. So yeah, but it's back to my harder workouts from here Puttin' some stank on it. ----Hellfish #707----
  5. Still keeping up with my workouts. Had a few days off last week to rest and had some other stuff going on... This week is crunch time as my cruise is this saturday and i'll be gone until march 2nd. I am going to try to keep up working out on the ship too, I'll feel like crap if I dont, so i'll wake up and do it early before the day actually starts.. Did the boardshorts test again last night with the rest of my shorts and I was pretty happy....definitely was expecting worse. I also bought the Perfect Pushup a few days ago too for like $20 at Walmart. ( You can actually feel the difference and he gives you a 21 day workout to do that you complete every other day. So I do those on days when i'm resting/doing cardio at the gym. They're small enough that I'll probably take them on the cruise with me too... Definitely noticing a difference in my chest and my back when I flex and can tell that my stomach is slowly shrinking.
  6. Workouts are going strong along with cardio. Its way more noticeable in my body appearance-wise now and I like that.....still got a long way to go... Got some new workouts out the muscle and fitness magazine this month along with a 3 month meal plan that is doing very well. Am consistently eating 5-6 meals a day and still drinking a gallon of water. With my cruise coming in 2 weeks, that is giving me added motivation, but I did the mirror test in my board shorts yesterday and I wasn't disappointed Puttin' some stank on it. ----Hellfish #707----
  7. Good luck man....I know how hard you've been working towards this and its awesome that you're going after your dreams/goals... Keep us updated if you can, otherwise we'll see you at the end bro I know you'll be ridiculously awesome, so tear it up!! Puttin' some stank on it. ----Hellfish #707----
  8. Looking back on it now, definitely worth it. As previous people have said, its a shit ton of work, but if you truly have a goal or want to get to certain place or point in your life, its not going be easy. And in my opinion, I'd rather not do it if there weren't some challenge involved. If there were no challenge and it was easy, what's the point, you're just going through the motions. I could never do the things I plan to do or have the job I have without my degree. There were definitely days when I wanted to quit or was on the verge of a nervous and/or mental breakdown. There were MANY (by many i mean in the 70-80's range) all-nighters and sleepless weekends spent in front of a computer, or in a lab, or over a circuit board, or in a windtunnel. (And not the good kind of windtunnel either) But from that, it gave me so much experience that it made it worth it. It let me know that if I can get through that, then I can get through anything. If you want something in life bad enough....its worth working for and going through hell or high water to get to it.... Puttin' some stank on it. ----Hellfish #707----
  9. Gym is going well...didn't get to go as much last week as I was recovering from vegas and doing other stuff... But still was up at it and turning up the intensity of my workouts and gaining strength... So things are going well!! Acme, I have some news from you, so check your PM's! Yeah what you do is take a cube of sugar and put it on a spoon. Put a few drops of absinthe on the sugar and light it on fire. You'll need a slotted spoon also. As the sugar melts from the fire, it'll melt through the slots into the absinthe and stir it in. I might suggest 2 cubes or 3 as you know its strong...hah Or you can just take the sugar and pour cold water over it into the absinthe. It will turn a milky green color. That one works as well too... Read them fully here: Doing either of these, it'll still be pretty strong...but probably better than the poo taste you experienced Puttin' some stank on it. ----Hellfish #707----

I personally do like it. I've tried it with friends and I didn't mind it. I agree that it doesn't make you hallucinate, but its definitely a different type of "drunk" almost euphoric in my opinion... At least I noticed a different b/w that and the feeling I get from other drinks. Mix it with some sugar and burn the sugar and its actually pretty good....STRONG but good... 14. Is that your version of 'What happens here, stays here'? You bet your ass it is Nothing of what happened last weekend, shall ever be spoken of except for b/w the members of the party.....or until everyone sees the pictures on facebook... Puttin' some stank on it. ----Hellfish #707----

  16. I was in Vegas since last wednesday until last night. Nothing else needs be said. I'll be back in the gym tomorrow. Puttin' some stank on it. ----Hellfish #707----
  17. Don't cry....there is nothing to cry about. You are doing more for your family than alot of other people, so props to you on that and for thinking of your kids as well too... Secondly, friends are friends for a reason. They're not just people in our lives that we maybe share some hobby or drink with or talk with. There's more...its a deeper bond and I'm sure you know that. I always felt bad about asking my friends for favors too, but everytime I mustered up the courage to do it, I found that I put more pressure on myself than was necessary. My friends are still family to me and i know that they would do anything to help me if I needed them to do so and vice versa and I'm sure its the same way. If they really are your true friends, they'll understand your situation but better yet, understand your how much more difficult your situation would be if they didn't help you and you couldn't complete your class requirements. Just ask. Just knowing they're helping you achieve your goal will probably be enough instead of money..or at least thats my thinking... Friends are just siblings that God forgot to give us
  18. A belated Congratulations to you for going back and doing what you love!! The class sounds really cool...I had often thought about learning ASL as well....maybe at some point or I can just take lessons off you Puttin' some stank on it. ----Hellfish #707----
  19. Holy shit!!!! You guys are amazing!!! If you have more, keep em' coming, i'm sending them to my friends as we speak.... My friends aren't lightweights by any means, but they some of them already said "Who the hell thought of these?? They are obviously in a different league" Hahaha i'm gonna use alot of these, or probably all of them, so like i said, if you have more, let me know! And thanks to everyone so far!! Puttin' some stank on it. ----Hellfish #707----
  20. All right, I need ideas guys... I know most of you drink like I do and so i decided to come to the one place where I thought I'd be able to get some input. I'm going on a cruise with 7 friends at the end of February on Carnival Legend to the (Exotic) Western Caribbean. Everything is included in the price, except for alcohol on board. Is there any way to sneak booze onto the cruise ship? I had heard that they don't search your checked bag??? There has to be someone who's done it before. We're already allowed to bring one bottle of champagne or wine per passenger when we board, but thats not enough. So any ideas/creativity are welcome Puttin' some stank on it. ----Hellfish #707----
  21. Working at the tunnel Puttin' some stank on it. ----Hellfish #707----
  22. Not that I didn't expect it because it always happened at school too, but it never ceases to amaze me... I get frustrated at people who take 20 mins to get through one machine because they have to read every single line of how to work or use it and then when you 'politely' as if you can work in, they say no.. Seriously?? Puttin' some stank on it. ----Hellfish #707----
  23. Workouts are going well....I was getting bored with my elliptical cardio so I printed off the 6 week pre-workout for Officer Training School for the Air Force (story that I will get into i'm not going anytime soon)... But figured that its enough to change up my cardio and get me running, even though i despise running because it was always used as punishment during sports I played.... I figured that if I want in the astronaut program that: a. There are no fat astronauts b. They all like to run (for some strange reason) or at least have a pretty high yeah But its going well, last few days of the first week and i'm already seeing progress with it, so should be interesting... Everything else as far as weight training is improving as usual and i've incorporated so new workouts as well to add some more difficulty...and i definitely felt it... Puttin' some stank on it. ----Hellfish #707----
  24. Haha you are just refusing the tunnel as much as you possibly can.... Whatever though man....different strokes for different folks, have fun Puttin' some stank on it. ----Hellfish #707----
  25. Hahaahhaha.... To answer your question, the aerospace side of things I have down, so yes I have formal education in that aspect of it and currently work with that too, but my focus of Bioastronautics is about how human and other living organisms function in the space environment and how their physiology can change in that type of environment. Along w/ the study of space habitats and extended space travel. So there's alot more Bio, medicine, and life science attached to it now, so that i'm not familiar with.... And my commute is right up the street 10 mins, so its not too bad... Don't be jealous, come join me!!
