  1. first, thanks for your answers. sounds pretty good. Might sound stupid but how can I figure out if a DZ has a good AFF program or a bad one? what are the things i should look out for? What is very important what is less important? ANother question, you said that Square 3 has good deals, do you know any specific prices, I could not find any anywhere, and since I m a College Student the rental price in the beginning is very important to me. So once again thank you, you definitely helped me out ...
  2. hey everyone, after reading for a couple of month now and getting more and more interested in skydiving I finally wanted to get some feedback on some of my thoughts. Well, like everybody that is new to the sport or is interested i searched for my nearest DZ and it came out to be Cross Keys. I m from Wilmington, Delaware and its only about 30 miles away if I m not wrong. Well i mean that sounds great, and I heard a lot of good things about Cross Keys but I wanted to know some specific things. Starting with some subjective questions like is Cross Keys a good place to start the sport, and do my AFF? Is the DZ to big and will I get lost? Or is it a big DZ but i will still find my way around and even more important , are people helpful and open to talk to newbs, or is everyone busy with themselves? Next question, just to make sure, AFF will cost be about $1300 right? Is that with gear or do I have to rent gear and pay for it for every AFF jump? And then in general how much does it cost to rent gear for a jump and for a day? How much does packing cost? I hears there is a membership fee, how much is that at Cross Keys? Another question that might sound stupid, but i havent found any Information on it yet. Is there a Tunnel at Cross Keys, and if not where is the nearest one around? Well I m sorry if I asked to many stupid questions but I m just trying to figure out if Cross Keys is the right place to get into the Sport. So I would be very happy if some people could give me some feedback on all of this....
