Hello, When releasing your toggles(using the Line Release Modification with the white set loop), it is imperative that you clear the brake setting. This is achieved by ensuring that the setting is pulled at least slightly below the guide ring. If your wing loading is on the lighter side, this situation can be more prevalent. I used to use Zoo Toggles, and when I made the switch, I experienced hesitations in the brakes clearing. As soon as I modified my technique(un-stowing my toggles), the problem did not resurface.
