  2. I got a copy of premier pro and it certainly is not user friendly. All I want to do some minor editing and adding music to base and skydiving vids. Is there anything easier to deal with out there or should I keep learning to work with premier. Reminds me of dealing with Photoshop when I first started working with it. Thanks for any help.

  4. I jump a Katana 107 with a wing loading of 1.86 and have 15 jumps on a prodigy and have had no problems getting to risers. Also no problem running out swoops on landing! Great suit! Enjoy!
  5. The web site looks great but I think there has been a great mistake in the pictures section. I remember at the Flock n Dock that the GREAT German Test Pilot was there doing demos on the Prodigy and I cant find him anywhere on the site!!! Thats crap! The new site looks great! Good work!

    Dynamic corners

I bought my Gargoyle with dynamic corners. It may be a tad bit more difficult to pack but once you get use to how and where your canopy is supposed to sit in the tray its not that big of a deal. At first I used really small clamps that I use to hold my risers in place to close the corners. That way it set up for packing like a normal packing tray and you remove them before closing your container. Hope that helps.
  11. Dude thats freaking beautiful. I am coming to Italy!!!
  12. So Tom since Memorial day is a bad time and I was there for the ambulance rides. When is the best time to come to Twin Falls? Was thinking July 4th because of the day it falls on. What do you think? H
  13. Damn what a dumb ass your right. That was one of my favorite lines in the movie! Big Fletch fan too just got a bit confused!
  14. "are you gay? No but willing to learn" line from Chevy Chase when joining the Army in the movie Stripes.
  15. German PORN actor. Not gay "but willing to learn".
  16. What the hell is wrong with that Atlanta crew? Trying to push their alternative lifestyle on the rest of us. Please keep your wood to yourself! I gotta email BG and find out what is in the water up there!!! Nice "A" with the prodigy guys!
  17. I totally agree you have to fly the opening which you may not be use to with a traditional square canopy. Also do you load it up lots more than your Sabre? My Katana when I first bought it had some funky openings. About 75 jumps on it has settled down. Still dances alot and you got be able to follow its lead! Just dont be too aggressive on the risers. My previous canopies were Jedei's. However, looking at that opening you have serious endcell closure and it folds on itself. Had that happened on a square there is a good chance it would have put you into lind twists as well. Good news is it looked like it was flying pretty stable in the twists and not diving and spinning.
  18. Reminds me of an ex girl friend. I think I still have her number somewhere maybe I can sell that too him for about $250
  19. If you looking for an entry level suit or going the classic route why dont you contemplate a new Prodigy. Contact unclecharlie he would be able to tell you how the two compare. I have some jumps on the Prodigy and have been really happy with it. Average about 90 seconds of freefall opening at 6000. Just throwing that out there to make your decision more difficult. Good luck
  20. Yep thats exactley what I did. If your a current local your DZ should be more than happy to let you barrow student gear. I put my Troll in it and practiced. I will tell you dont do a hop and pop form altitude. Way too much canopy time and legs were asleep on landing. 5000 ft is plenty. Just like a regular canopy find stall points, back it up, half breaks etc. I hate to say nothing will totally prepare you for the quick decions that have to be made under canopy in BASE. You may think hell I got this down and this canopy is dog slow but if your in a ravene like Bday or at night off an A. You feel like your a velocity well almost!!!

    Best base gear

I know Tom has said this in the past that whichever rig manufacturer you go with its not a bad idea to get the canopy they sell because you tend get a better deal. So like Robi P said Gargoyle and Troll MDV. I know they have multiple package options for new purchases.
  22. and off the Skateboard he BREAKS LIKE THE WIND!!!
