  5. do you have video somewhere online? my pictures
  6. from link above: "The most significant video feature is support for the XAVC S codec, which can record 1080/60p or 24p video at a bit rate of 50Mbps." or "A neat trick the a5100 can do is Dual Recording. This will record a 720p MP4 video while you're recording at 1080/30p or lower - even when using the XAVC S codec." i wouldn't expect buffer issues with camera with these capabilities. my pictures
  7. thanks for tip photognat, i will try them and if they prove to be suitable for modding and can find stable source of them for similar price (this one seems to be clearance for 25% of original price) i will sure lower price of MULTI terminal accessories. my pictures
  8. - correctly it should be Exit Equipment, there is helmet manufacturer Exit Composites, but i am not associated with them in any way. - picture above shows initial run, actual model has moulded 2.5mm connector and cable reinforcement on MULTI terminal connector (if someone likes metal 2.5mm connector better, i can do it of course). - here is a picture of actual adapter with my own switch, but it is compatible with bite switch, tongue switch or any other switch with 2.5mm stereo jack connector. one-piece switch is already listed here. [inline SAM_5111_002.JPG] [inline SAM_5050_.JPG] - i will update my website soon, i promise ;-) my pictures
  9. i have experience with Talon T3 which has the same size main's tray: Talon 2___reserve___main T0...........250..........275 T1...........275..........300 T2...........375..........375 T3...........335..........375 T4...........375..........420 T5...........415..........475 T6...........475..........550 T7...........550..........650 T8...........600..........700 i had Hornet 150 in it, it was really tight (hard even for experienced packers) and Hornets are made of Gelvenor which packs smaller and much easier than other fabrics. i would say Sabre1 will pack significantly bigger, if it is older canopy with worn-out fabric, it might be possible to squeeze it in but you will hate to pack it.

  14. it wouldn't be worth it becouse: - installing remote switch is quite laborative ( = expensive if you are not doing it for yourself) - there is always risk of bricking your camera - for that effort you will get pictures with quality closer to GoPro than serious cameras if you are looking for better results in small package, check these threads: Sony Alpha NEX Series Panasonic gx1 Olympus PEN E-PM1 Olympus EPM1 Samsung mirrorless cameras Samsung NX 1000 Lens help! my pictures
  15. this camera doesn't have port for any kind of remote switch my pictures
  16. this is probably some successor developed for VS-2 seat, but you can trust me regarding original PL-70, i have rating to pack these canopies edit: to be more exact, PL-70 is name for complete parachute system, so it might also contain new version of canopy and still be named PL-70 here is PL-58S, canopy itself looks the same like PL-70 [inline PL-58S.jpg] my pictures
  17. L-39 Albatros trainer with VS-1 ejection seat and PL-70 bailout parachute, the canopy is quite rare shape (reversed triangle). this handle is for manual parachute deployment or to override automatic delayed drogue release. [inline PL-70.jpg] my pictures
