He done the same to me but his name was John Thompson his kid was in Australia. I received a cheque in British pounds but it was not his name on the cheque so going through bank to track him. I contacted Sangiro about this but never heard back from him either.

got another email suposidly from his wife but under the sam email addy, she told me that he is sick in bed. I was forced to take a downwinder the other day(my first) with any real wind anyway. Got up off the ground thinking shit that was fast. oh and plastered in mud as well.

I,ve been jumping a safire2 170 right off student and it's great got the openings down to about 700ft nice and soft as well. Very responsive canopy and heaps of fun. Has a great flare and even better using the riser's.

Just wondering, My reserve repack is due right at the same time as the biggest meet here in N.Z and was wondering if you can send it away early to get repacked so I dont end up having too use student gear again.

Thats what I done brought everything off different people, worked out great and I've got a rig that suits me fine. And it probably cost less than buying a complete rig.

I know of some one that lost a helmet on exit caught it on the door, Video cam was stuffed but was a good spot and the helmet was found about 20meters away from were we landed.

From the looks of things to me the video man didnt even try to seperate he was bloody lucky he didnt have a canopy wrap from the cutaway canopy.

I brought a new solo a few months back and it's been working great but the last couple of days I've done a few 14'000 ft jumps and it started beeping at 6000ft instead of 3000ft It kinda suprised me at first but wondering if any of you guys have any ideas on it, I asked people at the dz but no one but me use's one so they dont really know. Any help would be great.

I've been having trouble packing as well just been having trouble getting it into the bag but other jumpers have been giving me heaps of ideas and different ways of getting it in there, Awsome guys, Finally getting the hang of it

I would probably buy a cypres2 but am on the fence, Just watching argus and vigil to see what kindof support and reliability they have at least cypres has a bit ore back up with years of experience.

Our reserves get a red seal on them over here in N.Z as well. Always check both pins brfore putting my rig on. I have seen a tandem exit before and his reserve deployed as soon as he left the plane, was close.

Hey where have I heard that one before, Just spent my only day off this week at home cause the weathers shitty and I've got to be back at work tomorrow and it's going to be fine. But I've been thinking about moving and getting a new job so I can be closer to the dz aswell. Ahwell theres always next weekend.

ok here's my take on things guys, Yes it might be a pain when your sitting at the dz waiting to get up, but while your there you may as well learn off the guys that have been doing it since like forever. another thing not to good in widy conditions is because you are all on big canopies you coud also end up with having to land with a canopy going backwards beleive me it's not a nice thing to be doing.
