Glad weather looks prominent... that's why I'm leaving Kansas City so early though. They're suppossed to be getting rain tomorrow with the rain turning into snow. I'm leaving tomorrow so I don't get stuck here just in case the rain freezes and makes a mess.
As far as signing goes, I'll be happy to learn, but like any language people learn, I wanna learn the bad stuff. I wanna be able to cuss billy out in his own language.

I've met the pilot of the the Lockheed. He was being vectored for a visual @ NAS North Island .
Jumper first impacted the wing between the fuselage and the #3 nacelle, then the horizontal stab.

The story I heard at the time said the jumper was still in a 4way formation when he intercepted the aircraft, doesn't seem possible...just wondering if anyone knows the whole story.

One question I've asked myself many times is "If the RSL hadn't operated correctly, would I have deployed in time?" I don't know. I like to think it would have just taken another second for my brain to kick in and move my hands to the reserve handle, but there's no way to know for sure.
